The room was okay We couldn't get the TV with the remote to work

Very clean, personnel is very,very polite, smiling,that a good place to stay ,We recommend this place and good constinental breakfest

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Bathroom spotless. But you hear the traffic outside way too easily. And they should stop photocopying ID, since it may be illegal.

There was a weird smell throughout the hotel, and the styling does not match what is seen on the hotels.ca ad.

The carpet in the room had a buckle that we kept tripping over, the paint was falling off the bathroom ceiling and the threshold into the bathroom was also a tripping hazard. There was a long black hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door and overall everywhere you looked in the hotel something needed to be fixed...

Perfect after a long drive, everything available close by.

The staff was very sweet and always had a smile. The property was not really dirty but rundown. The bottom of the bathroom walls had eroded away. Thegall had a weird odour. The continental breakfast was good for a quick bite. The restaurants near by have closed so there was not a place to have a drink and socialize before heading to bed. I am making it sound dreadful which it was not but yet it could be so much more.

It was very clean. Breakfast was good too. Comfortable beds.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff when we checked in had an incredible smile and made us feel welcome. When we checked out they were attentive and proficient which made the process quick and easy.

We were very happy with our stay.

We arrived at 2:45 and were asked to leave because check in wasn’t until 3 . Never had that happen to me before .Picture on Expedia had a chair in room . It’s why I chose it due to my bad back .There was no chair . The office chair was broken . The room had a balcony but we couldn’t enjoy it because there were no chairs.

Staff were lovely, but at this price, it's time for some upgrades to the carpet. Also, the TV remote wasn't set up properly, so we couldn't adjust the volume.

Overall, I didn’t like my stay. Maybe I just got the worst room there, I don't know. So, I got room 404, it was 4th floor, and you basically feel like you stay in the backroom of Chinese restaurant. Yes, there's one on that particular floor (!!), hence all the smells - mostly bed smells - from the kitchen are in the hallway up to your room. In the room, which already need some repairs, there were a smell of mold and some moisture, as well as some old smoking. The door to the room looked like somebody tried to break in one day: some paint was missing and door had some scratches. The bed was OK, though, no complaints. But the smells... well... that ruined everything for me. Breakfast was OK. They have a waffle maker:-)
