Room was clean but the bed was noisy. The building and overall facilities are old. We only stopped there for a few hours of sleep and it did the trick!.

Great staff. The bald bearded guy taking care of reception in the morning is great. He even provided a few recommendations for things to do around. Room was good. Breakfast is only cold options, but overall good.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés vers 23h30, la personne a la réception n'était pas vêtue de manière professionnelle et manquait de courtoisie, pas du tout souriante et on paressait presque la déranger. L'entrée de l'hôtel, les corridors et la salle a manger sont endommagés et mal entretenus. Le petit déjeuner est très basic avec du pain tranché, des bagel de mauvaise qualité et des petits cups de confiture. Seul réconfort, quelques yogourt (le 1er matin) et du gruau en sachet. Pour ajouter de l'eau chaude, il faut aller hors de la salle au distributeur d'eau et aller faire chauffer le tout, tout au bout du corridor du rez de chaussée. Le mobilier est défraîchit et abîmé. Me.e pas d'oeuf cuits durs ou de banane. Pour l'expérience client, il faut aller ailleurs. Quoique le personnel de jour etait mieux, plus serviable, mais clairement manquait de formation en service client, en général. Les chambres étaient correctes, les lits co fortables et propres, le tapis taché, les serviettes usées a la corde et minuscules. Les portes n'étaient pas du tout étanches, des voisins ont ouvert et fermer leurs portes à plusieurs reprises pour aller chauffer de la nourriture dans le micro onde au bout du corridor a minuit. On entendait tout. Bref, correct pour aller dormir, mais trop cher pour la qualité. Pour le même prix à Truro, dans un best western, nous avons eu une chambre impeccable avec cuisinette complète et un petit déjeuner buffet oeufs, saucisses...

My niece and I stayed for 4 days. We were lucky that we could check in an hour early as our room was ready. The room was clean - with the exception of the spots on the curtains, broken desk drawer handle. Nothing fancy. The room we were in was smaller than most hotels I’ve been in & there was a small coffee maker in the room but no coffee cups or water glasses available but a phone book & bible because that’s what everyone uses. There was one microwave at the end of the hallway for all guests to use which someone did at 11:30 pm and since our room was at the end of the hallway, it was noisy. My cousin grabbed Kleenex & an extra roll of toilet paper from the cleaning staff’s cart as there was none. The next morning we went down for breakfast in the elevator whose permit expired in April to breakfast bars, 4 types of cereal, oatmeal packets, bread, bagels, muffins. A makeshift coffee/tea station was in the lobby. It was fine. That evening we returned to find the room hadn’t been cleaned, someone’s garbage was still in the hallway from that morning so we called down to the desk for fresh towels. As a matter of fact they had not cleaned our room in the 4 days we stayed. If that is the policy, they should have told us upon checking in. Never seen this before. We later found water glasses in the “gym” facilities which had nothing to wipe down the equipment. For the amount I paid for the 4 days it was very subpar. Not worth the money at all.

This is a great stop over stay. The rooms are decent for the price. The decor is dated, but it’s all pretty clean. The staff was wonderful!!

The breakfast was terrible, it was only bagel and some terrible sweet. No egg, no potato, nothing. Coffee was all set up outside of breakfast room
