Très bien situé pour les personnes qui sont en forme pour marcher. Sécuritaire et près des attractions sans être en plein cœur de celles ci.

I always stay in this hotel it’s very clean , safe, and family friendly.

Broke down motel that’s filled with mold. The room smell really bad. The staff pressure you to keep the air conditioning on low to prevent the room from smelling like feces.

Very poor mattress. Needed replacing. Lifht swicges to lamos beside the befs did not work properly.

Staff they were good room was good clean but bathroom was so old and tap water doesn’t work good price was good breakfast was good better to have eggs too I like to go back there hopefully they-renovates bathroom.

Very convenient and affordable.

Room was spacious and the staff was great. Parking was difficult since it's at another lot, but there's a back entrance access with your key card. The room didnt have a fridge or a microwave, just a coffee maker. Breakfast was okay. Dining room was packed when we went around 7am.

Close to attractions. Breakfast was good, but dining area was very crowded. Paid parking but not enough spaces in main lot. Staff was helpful and friendly. Toilet was very slow to flush--had to hold down handle.

Smack in the middle of Niagara and downtown which makes it perfect. Noce hotel and staff

The only thing I was complain is the washroom, the ventilation was not working. I’ll call the front desk she said that all the room in that hotel was no ventilation that is a lie answer I went in a few hotel in Niagara that’s the only reception who answer me a lie answer. I’ll ask some people in the hotel they said there is a ventilation in their washroom and they told me why you didn’t complain I said I did but no response. The couple told me you pay too much money for the room and then they answer you like that. I said I know. So can I address this complain to the manager of the hotel or the owner to pay attention with that matter.

Friendly staff

Front desk staff and house keeping were exceptional. Breakfast was lacking not much available when we went around 8am. Bathrooms were small but over all a good hotel for the price and very convenient to clifton street attractions

Degelijk wel wat verouderd smoezelig hotel op nog geen 10 minuten loopafstand van de Niagara Falls. Ontbijt voldoende keuze maar druk bezocht. Te weinig zitplekken in ontbijtzaal als je iets later gaat ontbijten.

The slide was great, pool area was nice. Room was clean. No complaints
