Room stunk, sheets so old and pilled they were scratchy, carpet was old/dirty. We checked out after first night. Office said they’d issue a refund. Think it must come from Expedia. I sent a reply email to the booking confirmation email.

They had rooms roped off due to asbestos. So not as appealing as it would have been.

Very tired property, but the staff and manager were lovely people!

Pillow stains, and bed was broken and had a smell to it.

The staff seemed very friendly and helpful however the condition of the place, layout of the room, amount of available towels and even decor was sub-par.

We were there during the unfortunate event of a fire. We were vendors at the Horse Expo, so gone all day till 6 pm.They staff were friendly, caring and courteous. The only thing is, I wished they had contacted us as soon as it was possible to let us know what had happened. We would have dealt with our stuff sooner and not had such a late night. But like what said the staff were friendly and sympathetic. There are 2 separate buildings on the property, so they moved us to a new room. Otherwise, the motel is clean. Done rooms could use an update on the bathroom fans, it was loud.

well. lI was forced to leave because of the fire two rooms down caused by another guest.(the fire gutted at least 4-5 rooms) staff did their best in the moment I do feel that I should have had my entire stay comped rather than just the two nights I had left to stay. although they weren’t responsible for the fire. the individual could have been removed from the premises by staff when the police came to see him the either the night before, or the morning of…

upon booking, the price looked reasonable, and the service recieved by the front desk agent was very pleasant and helpful, but when entering our very dark, dingey and filty room.. i was not impressed, stains, dirt and grime everywhere, chunks of ...debris in the sink and when in use it would back up water and grime back into the sink. we asked if we could switch rooms and explained the situation, again the front desk agent was helpful and understanding, but that can only go so far for a overpriced and undervalued experience. definitely would not he staying here again.

It was only ok. There was a chair there that was really stained and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. It's not somewhere I'll be going again

This place needs some serious upgrades. The door handle got stuck in the open position and when i asked front desk she told me it was vintage and I just needed to insert the key card again to dislodge the stuck handle. The tv distorts the picture, the sound echos, and has fuzzy reception. My son killed a worm looking bug crawling on the bathroom floor. The heater only blew cold air, even when I had it at 88. The included breakfast was toast, cereal and bananas, then coffee/tea and juice. Very light. The security lock on the inside of the door was missing 2 or 3 screws, if someone shoulder hit it, it’d surely open. On the upside, the bed was alright, and the shower had nice hot water. Never again though. See you never.

No maid service done other than fresh towels

Keeping this simple you get what you pay for. My shower had someone else hair in it. Place was rundown and in need of a makeover.

Part of the ceiling was beginning to open up and seemed ready to fall. Towel racks were ready to fall. Floor baseboards not firmly attached and finishing work by the air conditioner ready to fall off.

It was clean & comfortable. Just there to sleep on busines. Thank you

Great experience. Stayed with kids. Nicely situated for our needs. Pool was great and the kids adored the slide but it was very fast so beware. Hot tub was not working. Breakfast was included and the kids enjoyed it.
