It was really nice customer service.

室内設備もよい優れたシティホテルでした。ダウンタウンの北東角にあり、モールや大手スーパーも程近い好立地でした。周辺はやや寂しい感じがする点のみ留意した方が良いようにも感じました。 別料金の地下駐車場もリーゾナブルな料金でした。但し周辺は一方通行が多く駐車場への入るのは北側からのみなることには注意が必要ですが、逆に南からでる一方通行はそのまま空港に向かう道なので、空港にはとても行きやすかったです。

My expectation aren’t met- first the shower is squeaking loud that irritates your ears while having a shower especially when you turn up the water to heat. The front desk area- needs improvement- different set up I guess. The surrounding area of the building outside seems unsafe to walk around, the mini store at the front desk could do better since the outside area of the hotel is not that convenient. Kids menu at the dining room can add more menu for families with your kids would be nice. Sound proofing in the suite isn’t great it’s really loud outside with all the vehicles. I don’t recommend this hotel for families. But more for individuals- adults-and short term stays.

We had 10 rooms rented for a golf trip, 9 single King Rooms and Suite with Pantry access. The Pantry was awesome. We ate breakfast at the shoe & canoe in the lobby everyday, the food was great and the service was even better. Great location as well.

Excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Calgary. Extremely great location within walking distance of Chinatown and 7th Ave. Very pleased with the staff and ease of check in, a long with the size of the room. Highly recommend!

The employee in check in counter is not professional to provide parking options around hotel when we did not take hotel parking@$32. She would like us to check by ourselves. There is no security box , no kettle in the room. The lobby and amenities is more like a 3stars hotel.

Excellent Friendly staff Pool, gym and sauna extremely clean

The only down side to my hotel experience is the noise from outside. I had a view from the city side . On this side the hotel had a fire station and the constant alarms going of wreck my experience. I could also hear all the loud cars from the street. If you value a quiet hotel this is not your place. Whats weird is the fire station looks like its attached to the hotel it self.

Pantry on 24th floor

We had booked a tour and the pickup location was across the street so the hotel location was perfect. As it was downtown the location was convenient for us to walk to local restaurants and shopping. The staff were extremely friendly and made the check in and check out process quick and easy. The only negative we encountered was the TV. On the first evening the TV picture kept pixelating so it was frustrating trying to watch anything. We hoped it was just a one off but it happened again the next evening. We contacted the front desk but they were unable to reach their technicians so we had to endure that again for the night. Otherwise our stay was decent.

Didn’t like that you have to pay to park even as a guest at the hotel. But overall my stay was great, wonderful and very helpful staff
