This was a terrible experience I will never use VRBO again. My credit card was charged even though the homeowner cancelled at the last minute. The only good thing is that the VRBO helpline people seem to genuinely be trying to help.; and don’t get me wrong I appreciate their help but they are helping me with a problem that should never had arisen - plus it has taken me hours literally on the phone trying to ensure I get a refund ! I wouldn’t recommend VRBO to anyone right now.

First, the pictures don’t match the property, the address is not the same, the title is not the same as the Apartment complex. It appears to be illegal to rent the condo in this complex, which is often the case in Toronto area. So you are risking to be a trespasser, if you are renting and be physically removed by security. As for the apartment — it is in a very rough shape. Carpet is all stained, walls have holes, two out of four chairs were unsafe to sit on. Here are the pros— the condo is quite large, beds are comfortable and very clean, stunning views of night city, sunrises, and even the CN Tower. We stayed on the 35th floor, so no noise or smog from the street. Also pool, sauna and jacuzzi are nice.

To describe it best in one word, horrible! Looks like the furniture was found in the street, dirty carpets the same lace really needs to be renovated, tv internet didn’t work I could write a book on how bad this was, stay away!!

We booked and paid for three , 2 bedroom condo's with city view and queen beds. upon checking in we found 1 of the condo has 1 bedroom with view with queen bed and 2nd bedroom with a den with a single bed. when asked AL the manager about this, we were told it is listed as 2 bedroom and that's what we are paying. Which is a total ripoff and wrong information/false advertisement. We requested for a partial credit for that room since it was only 1 bedroom while the price we paid for and our confirmation email said all units were 2 bedroom with city view. AL straight up denied it. We got ripped off. Also AL while checking in assured us all rooms were in the same building. Only 2 rooms were in same building. The other room was in a different building across the street. Lots of miss information provided just to earn our business. Even the address listed on the website is not correct. Once we got to the address listed on our email, we were told to meet at a different address. The reason provided was so we can have all 3 condo's in the same building. Which was false also.

Não é um hotel, mas um condomínio particular. O recepcionista não saberá quem é você, aparentemente você deve telefonar para o proprietário (empresa) antes para poder marcar de pegar as chaves. O número de telefone não atende prontamente, tentei ligar duas vezes da própria recepção do prédio (o recepcionista me auxiliou, mesmo não sendo sua obrigação) e mesmo assim não pude contactar o proprietário. Por fim tive de encontrar outro hotel e não pude efetuar o cancelamento deste, de modo que arquei com os custos desta estadia, sem desfrutar dela, em razão, na minha opinião, da dificuldade de contatar o proprietário/responsável para entrega das chaves..
