We did not fell the apartment was deluxe as advertised. The area was quite small, the bed was creaky and flimsy. The sofa bed was actually a single soft chair that unfolded into a single bed. Bathroom was tired with broken shower main head and unsecured toilet seat.

Good location and clean.

The location is good. 10-15 minutes walk to downtown, 20 minutes to old town. the local area of Griffintown has lots of cafes and restaurants and the canal walk is great. The unit only had one face cloth, no hand towels and three bath towels for three travelers. When I asked for a couple extra face clothes I was told no. Lastly, the King Bed although comfy had top sheets used as bottom sheets and continuously came off the corners. This could be a great stay with some small tweaks.

This property was amazing.. I traveled as a family of 4. First visit to Montreal. We were there to watch our Habs at the Bell Centre. We will return to Montreal again for another game and stay at this property.

Great location, however the couch was filthy and the extra comforter was also not clean. This is an old building so yiu can hear peole above and beside you. It is pretty good value for the money but management could improve things.

Place was great, staff were great, amenities were great, location was good. Upstairs neighbours were too loud though. And the door lock was a bit wobbly.

Iverall a very good experience. The appartement is nice my furnished, great communication, clear instructions and central location. Some things could be improved such as appliances in the kitchen (there were no knives) and cleanlineds of towels (one was stained).

Great location very good value for the money. I would stay here again.

Very close to everything you want to see in my opinion. Came with a group of friends and we loved how close it was to old montreal and near by clubs for friends who love to go out for drinks and dance!

The property was excellent, very clean and well maintained, and in a great location. It was very convenient and we were able walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do, they’re usually positive, but I feel obligated to share my terrible experience to warn future guests. I checked in at 6 PM, only to find my room hadn’t been cleaned. The so-called “deluxe suite” was heavily worn, nothing like the heavily photoshopped images online. The smoke detector was beeping (the attendant was quick to fix it), but the noise from upstairs was unbearable due to zero sound insulation. Parking was also a challenge. But the worst part? Someone broke into my room while I was sleeping. At 6 AM, I woke to my door opening and closing. Half-asleep, I thought I was imagining it, but an hour later, I heard noises in the kitchen. When I got up, I found a large, drunk, and confused man sitting there. I panicked, thinking he was an intruder and I might have to defend myself. It turns out he had mistakenly booked the following night, yet he was still able to access the building—and my room—because the codes weren’t changed between guests. Even worse, there was no latch to lock the door from the inside. This is a serious security risk. I contacted the owner multiple times, giving them a chance to address it, but they ignored me. For your safety, do not stay here. Mistakes happen, but this level of negligence is unacceptable.

The area was beautiful close to downtown but the room was dirty when we arrived. Nasty stains on the couch, pee stain on the bed sheets and a dirty shower. Reported the issue and they said they would send cleaners and no one showered up. Asked for more towels as we only had 2 and still nothing. Room was very run down.

Spacious and mint condition suites. Convenient, close enough to town, good bang for you buck

Tout est correct à cet endroit mais rien n’est parfait. C’est idéal pour vivre comme à la maison sans trop de casse-tête. C’est propre correct, la finition est correcte, l’ameublement est correct. C’est ma 3ieme visite et c’est mieux que beaucoup d’hébergements que j’ai déjà visité! D’avoir un stationnement est un gros plus! Du rangement dans la douche, des débarbouillettes, des moulures mieux finies et des fenêtres propres donneraient un plus mais ça obligerait à louer plus cher. Bon rapport qualité/prix!
