Pool had short hours and was closed on the holiday that was the only reason we booked. Ended up getting a full refund and going to another hotel as we had called and confirmed about the pool and we’re only notified when we arrived. Very disappointed

Room was nice and clean. It was a very small room and the walls seemed very thin as we can hear next door. The bed was comfortable. But for the cost and convenience it was worth it.

Vibe was great, hotel was spotless. Rooms are small, but clean. Shower was nice. Enjoyed having two bathrooms in one suite- nice touch, although they are tiny. Pool opens too late and closes too early, didn't get to enjoy any ammenities.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool and gym which was great for kids and families.

Front desk attendant was kind and provided us with a map to get to our room which my daughter loved. The hotel itself was a great place to explore and roam around for her. Many hidden rooms and a beautiful view looking out on to the water. The pool was her favourite part with lots of toys, and a fairly large size. My favourite would be the sunrise view from the room. Only thing I would make sure is to bring more snacks for her next time :)

Great staff, great facilities with a full size pool (+diving board), a basketball court, a real gym and great value overall for the affordability. Would definitely go back.

Courteous staff and very clean.

Comme il n’y avait que quelques clients, la cuisine n’était pas ouverte le matin. Il y avait un petit café où nous avons trouvé muffins et cafés. L’hôtel est bien et le personnel est très sympathique. C’était correct pour un court séjour.

Very nice hotel. Staff were great. Room was very clean, however, they’re a bit small.

Staff was great, especially lady named Marta which was extremely helpful. I will return.

Clean and nice vibe

The room and the staff in all areas were exceptional! And i I give 5 stars to them. Special thanks to the staff in the pub they were awesome. Whole building is beautiful. BUT the sound in the rooms at night from people in the hallway going back to their rooms until 1 am kept us awake the entire time. There are 1 inch gaps under the doors and it was like people and screaming children were right in our room. Now we have a long drive home with about 3 hours of sleep. Paying decent money for no sleep truly upsetting. We told the front desk when we checked out and while apologetic they cant get our sleep back. Beautiful place but wont stay again.

Huge Hotel, Buffet almost empty 1,5 hour before closing, Gym needs to be better updated with weight and towers to my opinion.
