Quick easy check in. The hotel is dated but beds are comfy & it was clean.

It's a decent place, in a pretty good location right up from the lake.

Perfect little room for sleeping and washing up. Stayed with my 2 little sons and they loved it.

False advertising, The Place Looked Nothing Like The Pictures On The Websites. Dirty Room, Very Outdated, Felt Unsafe, and The AC Had A Bad Smell.

An all-around pleasant overnight stay!

Close to the Marina

Close to the water, friendly staff, I left 500$ in cash, my wallet, VR head set, gaming laptop, passport, on my dresser not expecting to get room cleaning done (normally I’m paranoid and lock it up near me when I travel. My room was spotless and my items were where I left it. Only down side was no matter what there was a wet smell, it wasn’t a deal breaker but staff did leave my windows open probably noticing the smell. Again my valuables were unsecured but the smell persisted. I did not complain, however they were fully booked it appeared so I doubt they would have been able to change me rooms. There was the shores walking distance from the area very peaceful, lots of amenities, liquor store, a really nice 24 hour gym across the street. And a pharmacy (incase you forget Tylenol or zofran for your hangovers). One other caviet when I booked I chose this place as they offered breakfast. There are no protein options, but they do have some decent store bought pastries and all the cereal and milk you can eat/drink. I mostly just grabbed a coffee and a muffin to go, I was hoping for eggs, even the cafeteria stuff, who knows maybe they will add it to their morning menu if enough people request it. But if I’m back in cold lake I will be returning to this hotel/motel.

Close to the lake. Room was clean and well stocked.

Check in was ok, the lady was new so i understand. My room had a backwards door handle on the bathroom ( lock was on the outside). Other then that it was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean room with new furnishings. Was fantastic for a couple nights in cold lake!

Room smelt of tobacco smoke not great for a non smoking room Cigarette burn marks on tub

We had a good stay. Bed was comfortable. Pillows not so much as I like firm pillows. Place was clean. It’s older but not in too bad condition. I would probably stay again in the future. Price was right.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.The coffee was fresh in the breakfast room, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast.

Room 108 bathroom doors requires maintenance. Overall very good
