ダブルツリー バイ ヒルトン モントリオール エアポート

すばらしい部屋で非常に快適に過ごせました。もっと長く滞在したかった。ただ、アクセシブルな設備のため、バスルームのドアが自然に開いてしまうのは困った。カナダの空港近くのホテルはどこも、あまり売店やレストランは充実していないのでしょうか。これまで泊まった3つのホテルのうちの2つがそのような傾向がありました。このホテルもそのように見受けられました。 I was able to spend a very comfortable time in the wonderful room. I wish I could have stayed longer. However, because of the accessible facilities, the bathroom door would open spontaneously, which was a problem. Are all the hotels near the airport in Canada not very well equipped with shops and restaurants? Two of the three hotels I have stayed at so far have had that tendency. This hotel also seemed to be like that.

モントリオール・エアポートの近くにあり、エアポート・シャトルバスが30分毎に運行しているため、早朝の航空便を利用する場合には便利なホテル。 部屋は良好・清潔、スタッフはフレンドリーで満足度は高いが、部屋のエアコンの音が大きいのが難点。 ホテルから徒歩10分程度の場所にスーパーマーケットやショッピングセンターがあり、利便性が高い。

空港からの送迎はありますが、何時来るのかわからず、待たされた感がありました。到着してからは良かったです。

Stuff is kind. Shuttle bus are operated all day, every 0 minutes and 30 minutes.

Die sehr lange Suche am Empfang nach unserer Reservierung, hat den Gesamteindruck geschmälert. Selbst nach dem Auffinden dauerte das Einchecken ewig. Ansonsten ist das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp für den Weiterflug in Ordnung.

I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM and waited my turn to check in. When I reached the receptionist, I informed her that I had a booking. She acknowledged it and told me to wait. I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes without any explanation. When I asked her why I was waiting so long, she simply said, “You just have to wait,” without offering any clear reason. Her attitude was unprofessional and uncooperative. She made no effort to communicate with me or explain the delay. I felt ignored and disrespected as a guest, and I believe better customer service and clearer communication are needed.

Clean, comfortable and modern hotel right at the airport. Very convenient for a trip next morning!

Super easy. Jumped on airport free shuttle. Then walked to Via Rail the next day. Nice staff. Restaurant on site was helpful.

Room as pictured. Very solid place. Shuttle was great to have. Pool was amusing.

I could not sleep at all. Cars in the hotel parking, alarms going on all night / in alternate fashion: even at 7 am !! I am requesting full refund Idir this stay.

Only one night parking, doesn'nt matter if you are ready to pay for it ☹️. Had stay in another hotel not so far from there, you take a taxi to airport $64 back & forth .With Double Tree you have only one night parking and $ 185.00 parking at airport.The pther hotel parking is no charge.
