ダウンタウンからはバスで１０分～１５分程度、バス停目の前です。 移動はそれほど苦になりませんが、バスに乗るたびにコインで料金を用意しなければいけないので その点は少し大変でした。 ダウンタウンに宿泊できるなら敢えてここを選ぶ必要はないと思いますが、次善の選択肢としてはありだと思います。

列車の駅からタクシーで１０分くらいです。 またバス停が前にあって中心部までバスで １０分前後。（ただ本数はそれほど多くなさそう） 高級感はまったくないフロントですが、親切でした。部屋は古めかしいけど立派なキングサイズの ベッドがあって風呂場も綺麗でした。 ただ長距離バスの駅までは相当あるので歩かない方がいいです。（私は歩きましたが工事中だったり 地球の歩き方の地図が不正確で大変でした！） 近くにベトナム料理や韓国人がやっているような 怪しげな日本食の店はありましたがほかに たいした店はなさそうでした。

Nice location, quiet.friendly

We stayed 2 nights, zero issues. They could use a hallway carpet change and more tables in breakfast area.... but otherwise, all good, comfortable, decent breakfast, good coffee and close to waterfront. We would stay there again. Helpful, friendly staff.

Seems to be a pattern When I arrived , the clerk they didn't have my reservation despite the fact she was given all the information. It took some time to get her to find the reservation I have had similar experience lately in Fredricton & Montreal Seems that the staff have a racial view of Canadians. and try to take advantage of our mellow way of dealing & believing mis-information.

WE DIDN'T DRIVE BUT LOCATION GOOD FOR CITY BUS. WE USED K PASS Each DAY AND FRONT DESK ALWAYS HELPFUL TO GUIDE US IN RIGHT DIRECTION. HOTEL OLDER AND NEEDS SOME RENOVATING BUT CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.BREAKFAST GOOD, would stay there again

Door bolt broken I booked the wto g date and they accommodate me however I was also booked for the additional room I Booked May 14 by mistake I Needed May 7 which they moved and didn’t cancel my original booking I was charged for May AND May 14 I tried to change it and my itinerary said unavailable therefore I assumed it was cancelled

The room was quiet (always a big advantage not to have a lullaby of cars whizzing by down a nearby road), bed was comfortable and there was also a room in the room for an armchair with a lamp next to it, perfect for a bookworm. The stuff was nice and helpful.

parking was fine. staff was friendly. They cleaned the rooms but the smell in hallway and rooms wasn’t good. Furniture old, carpet disgusting. staplers sticking out between walkway from room to bathroom and was frayed. Door to hallway - the bottom half was about 1/4 inch open.

two things that's good, parking is included and coffee is good. Stayed 2 night instead of 3, can't be refunded because it is thru 3rd party booking.

Clean rooms good service

My king bed was visibly bent when I walked in the room. A 15 degree incline at the foot of the bed, clearly the mattress has never been flipped or rotated. Coils were painful. I had to sleep on top of the duvet for extra cushioning. The duvet was very soft and nice, worked well as a mattress topper. My window was broken, would not close, it got cold at night. Continental breakfast was nice, is included, but the booking is misleading. They have the same king room listed for $10 more/night but says no breakfast. I had to scroll to the bottom of their room selection to find the breakfast included option, at a cheaper price. It seems like they're purposely trying to get a higher rate and not give breakfast. But, upon arrival, the breakfast area is in the lobby, there are no vouchers and no one asks your room #, so it must be included for all guests. Why does it only say "breakfast included " in one of your 3 room options?? Also, they're renovating the property, woke at 8am to stomping on the roof. I ask for the top floor for a reason! No one warned me about roof repair, and 8am is too early for on-site work to begin.

Within walking distance of shopping and more. It’s an older hotel so some features are dated - but at the price, it’s clean and has a nice breakfast area for coffee and basics in the morning. Parking area is convenient and staff were friendly and helpful.

The check-in was done with efficiency. The key card envelope needs to be changed. It looked old, dog-eared, and well-used. The carpet on the stairs needs vacuuming; there was visible dirt on the floor on every stair. The front glass doors were very dirty with fingerprints and dirt. The first room we were given had an open window that would not close - no latch to close. We were given a second room, which was fine. The room seemed clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub looked old and worn with some mould around the edges. The room met our expectations, but I was disappointed with the general cleanliness.

The staff was super nice, but the cleanliness of the room was bad. There was left over food and candies on the ground from previous people who slept there.

Everything all good

There was no air in the room. It seemed no one had opened the door of that room for many months. Very difficult to breathe overnight. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
