You get why you pay for. The pull out sofa was full of crumbs and dirty. While looking for something that fell beside the bed I found there were set snap mouse traps and mouse poison in my room. When addressed with hotel all I got was 'oh sorry'. And said she didn't know how to remove them and I would have to wait until the manager arrived. To which I did disarm myself. This could have been extremely dangerous if a young child was staying in that room. Breakfast was full of stale items and Tupperware bins of Butters, jams and various communal condiments. I find this unsanitary and prefer individually package condiments. Hotel is under renovation which for me was not an issue. They are working to fix these issues but I would of liked a disclaimer that it was under renovation

There was no indication that there was renovations happening during our stay. Our room was clean and well maintained. However, we were not able to eat breakfast in the breakfast area because of the renovations and the room doors seem very heavy and closed very hard. We heard them all through the night and early morning.

Nothing gluten free for breakfast except a boiled egg. No place to plug my car in during my cold winter stay

Was better than I expected for sure. Room was clean and fine for a work trip. Coffee, fridge and microwave in the room were good additions. Staff very friendly.

Room in good condition. Everything clean. Breakfast lacked protein. Guy screaming down the hall at 3am swearing he’s Jesus Christ was a bit of the downer.

No place at the hotel with grass for a dog. Not pet friendly, no elevator for someone who is getting a knee replacement. Terrible.

Arrived at hotel just after 8 pm to a locked front door. There was a button to push to contact staff. Button was pushed many times. There was also a phone number available to call. Tried that and got a fax machine. Stood outside for 10 minutes until the only staff member on duty came back to the front desk.

Lots of rowdy people. Awaken several times with yelling and slaming doors.
