キッチン付きの広々とした部屋で快適に過ごせた。清掃も隅々まで行き届いていた。唯一改善してほしいと感じたのはキッチンのシンク。シンクが小さくて、使うたびにキッチン周りが水浸しになってしまった。

Everything was great. The room, the amenities, the hot tub. The breakfast was amazing. The snacks in the evening was a nice touch. The only downside was the street noise. Other than that, 5 star all the way.

Beautiful suite. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast. I’ll be staying here again!

The lobby was clean n spacious. I was impressed how clean the room and washroom was. Staff was helpful and I would stay at this property again.

Clean and large rooms, would have loved a full length mirror or a small mirror in the bathroom. The lighting is not bright. Other than that, loved the rooms, beds and bedding. The plug ins by the bed are great too. Would stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Edmonton. It’s very clean and quiet and staff are very friendly

We cannot sleep well at

King size bed? Seemed small. Noisy from traffic outside and in hall. Doors slamming constantly. Door in 2401 could see through to hall. Looked like room had been broken into and not fixed properly. Breakfast was good but not enough chairs. Large round table with only 4 chairs it Could easily accommodate 6-8.

The room was very spacious, included great ammenities, looked and smelled very clean.

Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. Loved the kitchenette with full size fridge. The breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets and pancakes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This hotel is perfect if you’re staying multiple nights, working remotely or heading for West Edmonton Mall. Our room had a Butler’s pantry with a microwave, fridge, toaster, sink, dishes and cutlery. Walking distance to some fast food spots and 1-3 min drive to sit down restaurants. Easy drive to West Edmonton Mall. This hotel is simple but has everything you need. Connected to the Four Points by Sheraton hotel, it shares the pool, gym and hot tub. Breakfast was really good with something for everyone. Please note: the hotel next door is used frequently by sports teams - the pool area is noisy.

The GOOD: The hotel room felt newly renovated, clean, and well-lit. The staff was helpful and friendly, accommodating as we were travelling with a baby and a dog, and was able to arrange my parents (who had reserved separately) nearby as requested. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, with typical breakfast items and beverages. The BAD: Since the swimming pool was shared with the neighbouring Four Points by Sheraton hotel, it was extremely busy. 4 pool chairs were not nearly enough for the amount of guests in the pool. Even though there was no swim guard in place, the safety rules relevant to the pool seems to also be optional to follow and lack enforcement by staff. Multiple children were screaming and jumping into the rather small pool, leaving no room for anyone who did not wish to be splashed or swim in peace. There was balls being thrown around and between the main pool and the small warm jet pool, narrowly missing guests who were just trying to relax. It was a nightmare and impossible to enjoy the pool. The cleaning staff were not as friendly or kind as the front desk, a lady even chased me into the elevator on our last day to ask if we were leaving. Even though we were heading down to check out, the interaction felt invasive and inappropriate.

It was a very busy weekend at the hotel, but it wasn’t noisy in our room. We didn’t go to the pool because it was always packed. So was the parking lot. We have a big truck, but managed to find parking spots nearby. The room was big and spacious. Liked having a kitchenette. The only thing we didn’t like was the lighting in the bathroom. It was way too dark! We would stay here again though.

Rooms were very spacious and clean with full size appliances and dishwasher and sink. Pool area very limited seating and noisy. Love the underground parking. Felt safe and great for winter.
