とても広々したお部屋で、ゆったり過ごせました。浴室にはふかふかのタオルが用意されていてとても気持ちがよかったです。ただ、アメニティですが、備え付けではなく、携帯用のリンスインシャンプーと固形石鹸が用意されていて、使い勝手があまり良くなかったのが少し残念でした。ロケーションですが、ダウンタウンに位置し、州議事堂やフェリー乗り場Swartz Bay行きのバス停にも近く、立地は申し分なかったです。

The room was clean and had exactly what was written on the description. The breakfast was included and was good and there was plenty of parking spots. The location is very central and walking distance to many tourist attractions. Will come back again!

We arrived at the hotel quite early in the morning, request the front desk if the room would be available little earlier, they did nothing till 3:00pm. Some of the staff in the front desk is doing amazingly better job. But some of them are not know how to care about their customers.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. So close to everything and the included breakfast was also very good. There was some construction noise since they are updating the rooms but we knew about this and they did not start until 9am

The price is very high

The Embassy Inn Victoria is our new go to place to stay when we are in the city. Rooms are clean, complimentary breakfast is excellent with a variety of cold and hot items. Recommend this property to anyone planning their next trip to Victoria.

Best bathroom facilities I have seen, especially the grab bars.

Good fresh breakfast, definitely should have more than 1/3 eggs and 1/3 ham on a 3/3 chafing dish though. Renovations woke me us in the morning, loud drilling and we weren't pleased with that. Room 104 was us. We would like to come back

I enjoy staying at this hotel, right beside the parliament building and a very walkable neighborhood, the inner harbour a minutes walk. The free breakfast is another reason I stay, the chef has been here for 13 years and takes pride in what he serves. Hot Food line up varies slightly each day but you’ll get a meat choice, hot scrambled egg choice, hash browns plus all the usual offerings such as make your own waffle, dry cereals, mixed cut fruit, bagels, muffins, juice choices, etc. Don’t forget to tip!! My room had a slightly musty damp odour, a first in all the times I’ve stayed here. Hotel is under renovation, new owners and a lot of the long term staff have been let go. Charge for parking now as well . Hotel has two smaller elevators and friendly staff.

Clean room, wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast, good location it was great to stay there

The room was great, very clean. The bed was comfy and we had a great view. The breakfast buffet was excellent lots of choice. Staff replenished food all the time. Super clean food and dining area.

Excellent room & wonderful breakfast

This is not a fancy, five star hotel but rather a comfortable low key place, 4 storeys, and in a top notch location. Staff members are friendly, the breakfast is very good. They even provide newspapers, which I appreciate.

Great location. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially appreciated their flexibility in letting us park our car there for a few hours both before check-in and after check-out. My only complaint was the breakfast. Pretty lousy.

It was a very pleasant stay. The included breakfast is excellent! All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful and gave us tips on special events in the area. There was daily housekeeping and they were very quick and efficicent, keeping the room spotless. We will definitely be returning.
