Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. A little bit dated, but that was not a problem for us. Comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to wharf area, shops and restaurants. Easy walk to buses for Butchart Gardens.

Nice and clean room with clean bathroom. Decent breakfast. Close Proximity to Victoria harbor and around. Parking at $25 but street parking around is available though paid.
The hotel needs updating. Very small and old TV. No streaming options. The bathroom tub and toilet were old. Please reno.

Great place to stay. Walkable to everything you want to see. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is great, a great variety of breakfast items and really good. I would stay here again.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Close to the Parliament Building and the port. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are dated but very clean! Our room had a narrow balcony with a glass door that provided us with fresh cool air at night. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is included with stay which made it convenient but i wish they served real oatmeal. They did provide plant milk when requested. The area is ideal for walking to main attractions in downtown including the parliament building, many restaurants and museums and the beautiful empress hotel.

Big things like price, location and cleanliness count of course but little things count too for me....I appreciated having 6 hangars in closet instead of 3. Bar soap instead of liquid. Carpet (clean and vacuumed and not stained) instead of hard floors. Included breakfast bar had slight menu change each day so as not to be monotonous. Desk staff was pleasant but not that efficient. But overall, I'd stay here again in a flash.

The staff go above and beyond what you would expect. I had parked my rental vehicle in lot and was hit by a cab. They called me to get me to come down to lobby and asked the other driver to stay till I could meet him. Everything worked out and documents exchanged. Stayed here numerous times, super clean, and close to everything. Breakfast is great.
