I loved being completely independent of others with key codes and lanyards located in the house. I do wish the tv in the kids bedroom worked and that the dryer worked. Parking in the building was so tight, that we opted for outside parking all week. The home was wonderful for my family of five. Beds could have been more comfortable, but we’ll be happy to get back home!!! Thank you for a wonderful location and all the necessities.

No a/c. Staff difficult to come get help.

The blinds were broken for the living room. Rear door entrance door knob was broken We were not provided access card for the pool at the time of check in, and when I asked for it on my third day of visit I was insisted to go and get it from the checkin location which was around 8 km away. After objecting it strongly somebody was sent to deliver it to us.

Le condo est super grand, parfait pour un petit groupe. Il y avait de tout, il manquait seulement qques articles de cuisine. Je conseille !

Quiet location. A bit too far from the main ski village.

Très beau séjour de ski directement sur les pistes! Seul bémol, confort du divan-lit est médiocre et le matelas lit King est ok sans plus pour un court séjour seulement.

Convénient pour le Ski (Ski in & out): à moin de 50 pied de la remonter pente versant soleil.

Le condo est très bien équipé, cuisine complète et salle de lavage. Tout, pour un séjour agréable. L’emplacement du condo est avantageusement bien situé pour le ski. L’accès au village piétonnier est également très facile par télécabine ou par voiture.

Others than few bugs (scared me to yell) it’s a comfortable place to stay in your trip.

Let's say that the picture depicted on the Expedia site were far from the room we were in. We were in a "basement" unit with no view adjacent to the garage from which was our only way to access the room with a good old metal key. No magnetic card which would have provided better access. The batchtub had mold around parts of it. The carpets were dirty near the patio door leading to the outside. I could continue with a list of little defects that have left us very disappointed. And it is now off our list of resorts to stay at Tremblant.

There was an error in our booking (1 bed condo) so we were upgraded to a 4 bedroom property. The condo was excellent, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Condo was clean and attractive but dark and on the small size. As a senior with a bad hip I found it difficult to walk around the bed in the tight space. Unit was well equipped. Patio area was overgrown and needed a good cleaning to cut back bushes and pick up dead leaves and garbage. Location was very quiet.

I like that’s it’s still new and modern. I like the area, it’s quiet and the facilities had bbq and all that you need at home. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not open. As for the fireplace inside the unit, I wished there was instructions on how to turn it on.

The sofa bed is really uncomfortable.

I am a regular at Tremblant and I have stayed at many different properties in the past few years. If you are looking for a place close to the village then look elsewhere. This property was ok but it is very far from Tremblant resort area. We are avid hikers and found our way down but it wasn't a quick walk up and down. Many beautiful trails close by if you want to walk it is wonderful. This resort is close to the casino and at night you can use the gondola up and down which makes it much better. The condo has weird features like locked doors everywhere so the only way to access your condo is by the garage only. Lifeguard for the pool which is nice but makes the pool accessible only until 8pm. The hot tub is available until 10pm but its not hot at all. Overall the place was ok, nothing amazing, shower was awful and the towels looked more like hand towels than anything else. You can definitely find better closer to the village. This place is rated too high and cost is too much for what you get.

À deux pas du casino. De plus, un remonte-pente est disponible sans frais pour se rendre au village, Seul bémol, la puissance et stabilité du wi-fi qui laissait à désirer.

Beautiful set of condos & quiet location not far from the Village. Nice nature setting with great pool & hot tub setup. Secure indoor parking. Upon arrival, initial impression was positive; modern condo with (what appeared to be) all of the amenities. Upon closer inspection, shower could have used a good scrubbing (soap scum & discolored grout), a/c & Wi-Fi not working. Called front desk (which was at another condo) about Wi-Fi issues multiple times (they had us troubleshoot after which they said it was a service provider issue) & didn't get resolved til our last (3rd) night. Service person for a/c inspected & confirmed there was a problem but it was too late to fix during our stay (luckily, weather was nice so not a major impact). We were compensated for the inconvenience but would have rather had an issue-free stay.
