水のオーダーをしたけど、ついに持ってこなかった、 チェックインが、部屋準備がおくれて、遅くなった

ゴンドラに近くショッピングも便利なロケーション。スタッフも親切で施設も綺麗にメンテナンスしていた。

The staff was amazing. It was our 20th anniversary and they made it so special.

This was such a beautiful hotel! The room was spacious, the spa tranquil, the pools and hot tubs relaxing and the Mallard lounge had one of the best bowls of clam chowder I’ve ever had. They had an efficient shuttle that ran every 10-15 min that brought you to the village where you could shop and eat and enjoy a beautiful day. Walk out the back of the hotel and you are steps from the Blackcomb Gondola. The problem I had with the hotel though was even asking the concierge about any of these details. Each time we went up to ask about restaurant recommendations, gondola inquiries and even simple purchase info for Fairmont items, they were useless and stand offish. My friend and I were even in our robes after a spa treatment and were asked “are you guests here?” I pointed to us wearing our robes and got “that sometimes doesn’t mean anything” How rude! I would do more research on other hotels that offer similar amenities next time before going back.

Such a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool and sauna dry/wet. And the shuttle to get us to the village worked out great.

I loved how convenient the location is to shipping, activities and the museum. My kids enjoyed the pool.

I have been looking forward to staying here for several years. Unfortunately, it was not as I had anticipated. We arrived late on Thursday night/Friday morning. When we checked in I asked the front desk about 24 hour room service that is not a thing. I asked if I could get a glass of milk sent up and he said he would arrange that for me. It never arrived. The room service menu dish description s do not match what we ordered. They didn’t serve cream with the coffee. The windows in our room were filthy and our room was not vacuumed once on 4 days. I am really disappointed. The staff we encountered however were very nice and friendly.

Perfect in every aspect

The valet parking was absolutely terrible. It took almost 40 minutes just to get my car back. People who arrived after us had already received their cars and left, while we were still waiting. Even after asking multiple times, all we kept hearing was “it’s coming.” Honestly, I don’t understand why I should be paying for valet service like this. I’ve used valet parking many times before, but this was by far the worst experience.
