ロッジの部屋はベッドルームとシャワールームが2つあり、キッチンも整っていて、非常に居心地がよかった。また、屋外の温水プールとジャグジーも楽しめた。近くに非常に美味しいレストランがあり、食事の面でも不自由がなかった。買い物はウィスラービリッジで済ませた。

２ベッドルームスイートでした。リビングが立派で、一通りのキッチン用品や大きな冷蔵庫もあり、自炊をして、６人用のテーブルで楽しみました。外食は高いので助かりました。徒歩圏にそれなりの大きさのスーパーもあり、肉やサーモンを焼くだけでもおいしかったです。簡単なお惣菜も売ってます。また部屋内に洗濯機・乾燥機があり、洗剤も使い放題で毎日気軽に洗濯できたのも便利でした。 大きなベッドが１部屋１つでリビングのソファーベッドとあわせて３つなので、夫婦と子供２人なら何とかいける感じです。 ロケーション的に５ｋｍくらいウイスラー中心部から離れているので、レンタカーがないと不便です（冬はスキーで行けるとと思いますが）。自転車でがんばる手もあるかもしれません。ちなみにウイスラーの駐車場はLot4は終日無料でとめられますが、１０時くらいでけっこう混んでました。 チェックインカウンターは別の名前の別棟の建物にあり、最初とまどいました。ホテルの出入りにも屋内パーキングの扉を開けるのにもルームキーカードが必要なので、一人１枚必ず持ちましょう。 ちなみに広めのバルコニーに灰皿が置いてあったので、喫煙者も快適かと思います。

Check in was horrible and unfriendly. The lady was new so the man helped and he showed no respect and acted like I should know everything about the procedure. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. After two hours from arrival we finally sat down but not to eat as the restaurants were then closed or needed reservations. Problems, check-in location, no information at beginning where parking garage door is, finding parking spot, no guidance to room location, assistance by phone on hold over 15 minutes, fireplace didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush completely. Room alone was very nice and clean with washer dryer and full kitchen. Payment taken one week before with surprising information that parking was required and cost extra plus no smoking on property both should be mentioned at booking not one week before.

Asked for Mountain view. The receptionist was reluctant to provide it although the occupancy was around 5-10 percent

Very spacious and well appointed clean rooms. Excellent location. Great gym, pool and hot tubs (plural) and also has steam room and great bbq facilities right next to pool area. Beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed in across our trip around USA and Canada. Family of 5 travelling from Australia. Stayed in a “room with den” kids sleeping on good sized sofa beds and had their own bathroom/toilet. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Self contained kitchen was great and saved us lots of money on food and had filtered drinking water. Our bathroom had seperate shower and bath with massage jets which was a nice surprise as I don’t think it was mentioned in ad. Fireplace also adds a nice touch after a days skiing. Parking provided

True ski in/ski out-- the gondola was right outside the door! My family commented that this was probably the nicest ski accommodations that we've ever had-- as value travelers, we usually can't afford something in this category-- perhaps the "silver lining" of the bad snow season is that we could afford this luxury property for Spring Break.

What great stay at First Tracks, situated right by the Creekside Gondola, terrific amenities with the heated outdoor pool and hot tub not to mention the steam room. Great values for the money.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend as ideal ski in ski out property.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location

Excellent stay! We got an upgrade to a three bedroom suite which was super clean and comfortable for our family. The location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was extremely kind and accommodating!

Great location right beside the Creekside Gondola. Spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, fireplace, ski lockers,and an outdoor hot tub & pool for those staying at the lodge. This is a top of the line experience. Easy access via YVR and a shuttle service (separate) that picks you up at the baggage claim area and drops you off at the front door of the lodge. I don't see how the experience could be any better nor easier. That's why we keep coming back. Four times so far and many more in the future.

La estancia fue placentera, la vista, la cabaña una opinión con todo respeto, sería valioso que la estancia donde está una TV chica con un sofá cama cabe perfectamente otra cama ya que los sillones, camas son muy incómodos para dormir una semana que fue lo que estuvimos ahí; de todos los demás detalles excelentes.

Excellent location.. Steps from the Creekside Gondola.

The lobby was absolutely spectacular. Big fireplace, chairs, couches everything was done up for Christmas. It was impeccable. The whole place is very clean.

Nice suite and friendly staffs!

We had a such a lovely relaxing time. Max at the front desk was a great host and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and which is so pertinent to an enjoyable stay.We had a beautiful view from our room and it was very peaceful. Creek side market is handy and has great healthy meals to pick up with minimal prep needed. This was a wonderful getaway and very stress free and just what we needed.And what a beautiful drive in the sea-to -sky highway.We look forward to returning soon!
