Our stay at the Four Seasons Montreal was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant, modern, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Montreal's shopping, dining, and attractions.
What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a wonderful experience. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and personalized service made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or anticipating our needs before we even asked, the level of hospitality was truly top-notch.
It's easy to find a beautiful hotel, but it's much harder to find one where the people consistently elevate the experience. The staff at the Four Seasons Montreal did exactly that. We left feeling well cared for and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.

Beautiful hotel and the most personalized service experience we have had at a four seasons. Excellent staff. Location is not ideal - bit of a food desert, and ubering (we use black uber for reference) is difficult sometimes with long waits and bad traffic. Not a very interesting area and too long to walk to the old city. Food on site, however, is excellent. Pass for next time.

We stay here often. Hotel needs a lil renovating; it's getting a lil tired looking. Location is great. Breakfast needs improving and needs to be included. Staff at front desk and in restaurant needs to be more welcoming. Try adding a nightly turndown treat for the price.

Four Seasons’ hotel in Montreal is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in for business trips. I frequently travel there for work, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations.
Their Marcus bar is one of the best in town. Their director, Nicolas, is incredibly professional and hands-on.

Everything was wonderful and above and beyond. I had a book on the nightstand and they left me an adorable bookmark next to my book. I always have several pairs of sunglasses with me so they left me a glasses cleaning towel next to my pile of sunglasses. These are micro examples of the overall excellence of this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay with a lovely, well-appointed room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. While the pool area featured an attractive nautical beach-inspired setting, the high chlorine levels prevented me from enjoying it. Gym was on point and had good equipment for a fitness enthusiast. I would not recommend Holt Cafe connected to the hotel, as the food quality was subpar. In contrast, they booked us for dinner at Foxy and that was lovely as the ingredients served at this restaurant were organic. They made seamless reservations via their app and iPad in room. The room service was excellent, and the selection of snacks and beverages provided in the room was of good quality. The turn-down service was outstanding and deserves a perfect score of 10/10, the cleaning ladies are very pleasant and kind. Overall, I would gladly return to this hotel if visiting Montreal again.
