I enjoyed my stay at this place. I got the low floor studio. It is spacious, clean and quiet.
However, you can certainly hear the guests upstairs at times.
The neighborhood is peaceful and suitable for walking. If you are planning on visiting the Biodome and the Botanical garden, this place is the one.
It has all the ammenities that one could need. My only ask would be having water bottles available.

雪道を歩いて施設に入ると、スーツケースの雪で廊下が汚れたことを咎められた。靴は事前に脱ぐことは分かっていたがそこにスタッフがいるわけでもなく、事前の連絡やスーツケースについての掲示や何かが敷いてあるわけでもなく。現れた顔つきの悪い女スタッフに丁重に謝り床を拭きますというとこっちでやるからいいと。で、スーツケースは靴とともに廊下のタッパーの上に置かれた。いつ荷物を出せるのだろう？その後困惑のまま印字してあるこのホテルのメールを渡したら、中国語はわからん。と言いつつ見ていた。僕はそこにアジア人への差別的な意図を感じずにはいられなかた。その後部屋へ入ったものの、床の軋む音や他の客のドアの閉める音が尋常でなく、直ぐ様スマホで4つ星のホテルを予約してこの宿をあとにした。

寝室にいても騒音がして、落ち着かない。

L’arrivée autonome est vraiment super, communication par courriel, tout a bien été. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. En general l’appartement était propre sauf peut être les tapis sous le lit et à l’entrée et le divan futon avait des taches louches.
Sinon belle emplacement près du métro, quartier calme. Je recommande.

Great spot to stay. The only fault was the AC was cold in the kitchen but the rest of the apartment was quite warm even at night. Otherwise great. Parked at the neighbours house, he was easy to work with.

We were not expecting to have a full kitchen available to us. Love the location as well! Super close to Olympic Park! Contacted the neighbour for parking they suggested. Super amazing and great parking!

We enjoyed that the kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes and utensils and that the rooms were very clean and tidy. There is zero sound proofing, however, and the floors are incredibly creaky just as a warning!

Nice, cozy, and pretty clean room. Well organized and clear instructions for amenities. Wonderful location - very close to Biodome and Planetarium, Metro, and restaurants/cafes. Lovely to have the Guide Book as well.

We attended a soccer game at Saputo stadium, so the location was excellent. There are aome great restaurants on Ontario St, and because it waa the first Friday of the month, the Food truck festival was on at Olympic stadium - well worth visiting.
The entry was easy and well communicated, the unit was clean and well equipped, and quiet. I would reccomend this and stay here again.
