Awesome location, check-in & check-out was super easy, incredible views and clean. Will definitely stay here again. Had zero issues like some of the the negative reviews seen on here.

I had a great stay. The place is amazing, the location is great too. Right on the underground pathway and near groceries, CN and ripleys. The place is clean and had a great view. Well equiped as well. Oversll id recommend this place. Costuner service was responsive as well even after my stay.

Loved we had facilities available for washing and drying. Loved the supermarket directly across the road. Loved everything we needed was within walking distance. Great place to stay!

海外慣れしていない日本人にはおすすめしない。
悪い点
1、鍵の受け取りが複雑。近くのベンチに括られている鍵ボックスから部屋の鍵を取得する場合あり。アパートメント到着30分前にメールで連絡をいれて、初めてどの様にチェックインできるか書かれたインストラクションがメールで到着するので不安になる
2、エレベーター
高層マンションにも関わらずエレベーターが三基しかない。滞在中は、三基中二基のエレベーターが故障して、最後の1基に乗るために長蛇の列が出来た。エレベーターに居合わせた住人曰く、エレベーターの故障はしょっちゅう起こるらしい。階段を使うわけにもいかないのでかなり不安になった
3、備品
タオルはあまり清潔ではない。トイレットペーパーも予備ロールの用意はなく、途中でなくなった。
良い点
1、ビュー
部屋にもよるが、景色が最高
2、洗濯機、乾燥機
長旅だったので、室内にあるのは助かった

到着時メールで連絡された方法では部屋に入れず、尊大なコンドミ受付にお願いしてオーナに電話してもらう。遠隔操作で鍵を開けたというので行ってみても空いておらず、30分以上後に係員がきて開けたらしいがこちらにも受付にも連絡なく帰ってしまい、結局1時間以上も部屋に入れなかった。同様のことは同時に別グループでも発生していた。当コンドミは67階まであり各階10室前後の建物だが、高層用エレベータは3台しかなくうち1台故障で毎回5分待ち。部屋は設備整っていて良いのだが、台所シンクの排水不良、トイレ洗面台の栓が閉まらない、窓ブラインドが完全に閉まらない、などメンテナンス不良が目立った。タオルは黒で果たして綺麗かどうか解らず微妙。

The room was nice and the location was great. Check in was different than a hotel but communication was quick and easy. The rep who met me was friendly and even gave some tips about the area.
The condo was big, and what we needed for space. It could use some updating and renovating though. Duct tape on the mirror, towel rack missing from the wall in the bathroom, paint scratches. The kitchen chairs were wobbly. Could use a little love.
The noise from the highway was loud in the front bedroom. No noises heard from other units or people.
The wifi did not work well….tv kept buffering and we could not watch a show.
I would probably stay here again if I needed a place for a group or family. Overall good value. The view was beautiful!

Loved everything about it except for the check in process, said to go to your room to grab the key for it, but you need to use the key to use the elevator to get to your room. Other than that was amazing and as described.

The cheap box spring broke on the first night while I was sleeping. I immediately informed them of this and nothing was done to rectify the situation. Then after the stay they took my 200 dollar deposit and tried to run my credit card for another 200.

-entry process did not go well with a number of issues including why have to take elevator to 37 to get to room on 35?
-too small for three ie suitcase space/only one key
-sofa bed uncomfortable (arent they all tho)
-ground coffee machine but insufficient ground coffee (did have decaf)
the bathroom is quite small and the shower/tub was dangerously slippery

Pour la situation et les commodités il est parfait mais pour l’apparence et le bien être du logement ça laisse à desirer. Il manque ,en de choses essentielles comme des kleenex des debarbouillettes tu en a pas des tonnes. C’est propre mais tout juste car si le client avant vous n’a pas fait le ménage comme il fait ben tu dois commencer par laver ta table et le comptoir. Le logement a besoin d’amour. Le plancher est brisé le robinet de la cuisine ne tourne pas sur tous les côtés. Ils auraient intérêt à rénover les condos car quand tu arrives dans la bâtisse tu fais WoW mais tu désenchante un peu en entrant dans ton appartement

Great location. Well equipped.with towels etc. Needs more cutlery and pots and pans etc. We had 1 spoo for all of us. Lol. Bed was soft for my wife and I. Elevators seem to always be an issue in these buildings. We would rent again.
