There was no water in one of the bathroom sinks, there was no towels in bathroom. The batteries in the remote were dead.

Had the night before and night of our wedding was a nice space but someone left a door open and it beeped all night long and the phone didn’t work in my room.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the underground parking was an excellent perk, and the gym across the road at the delta was great for a hotel gym. The condo unit style hotel rooms make it feel like a home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice room

We decided to treat ourselves and book the two bedroom/ two suite that held two king beds and a jet tub. The pictures looked great, but the room was far more dated that the pictures showed. There were many maintenence problems in the room including multiple flickering lights (fully enclosed in domes so we couldn't just play around with the bulb), the jets weren't working on the jet tub- when we spoke to the front desk staff about this they were aware it was broken but didn't mention anything to us upon booking in. The worst was that the thermostat was locked at a preset temperature (19 degrees celcius) and the air conditioning was blasting all night. We did phone down for the code, the front desk staff had no clue how to adjust it and instead gave us a space heater. Oh and no continental breakfast! Not what i would expect for a $200 room. The room was clean however, with very comfortable king size beds, soft duvets and what I suspect were down pillows. It was spacious and at least had separate rooms for us and the kids. I typically don't complete reviews but this was disappointing for something that was suppose to be a treat.

We stayed 4 days and found the property to be a great home away from home. Nice to have a full kitchen and having laundry in-room was a blessing for a long road trip.

Suite was pleasantly sized.

Very clean, nicely appointed suites. Very close to a great restaurant. Definitely worth every penny!

Friendly staff

It was ok. Room could use some updating. Carpets were quite worn. Bed was comfortable. Should have had at least a few things in the room ie wine glasses, cork screw. We wanted some place where we could all get together and visit as a family and it served its purpose.

So convenient with the mini apartment style rooms for my employees. Wish it was a bit cheaper but it’s still decently priced.

Staff was extremely accommodating. I did have an issue with the bathtub. And they were very quick to fix it, was quick, and very respectful of me and my space. The rooms were absolutely amazing. Definitely. The cleanest and biggest places I have stayed in grand prairie for a super affordable price! Plus it was pet friendly, making me and my travel partner feel very safe! She actually slept this trip and felt at ease staying here!!

I love the space in the room for many people to stay and visit in our room plus the kitchen.
