Perfect location, impeccable guest services, great decor and nice furniture, great views and plenty of hot water. Light dimmers and under cabinet light would be a great addition .

The condo was good but the building was in process of renovation Only 2 out 2 elevator were working. Had to wait long time especially during check in and check out

Beautiful little suite on the 10th floor. Clean, comfortable, modern and the location is outstanding. No coffee maker in the suite. Very rough hallway under construction so it’s super sketchy when you get off the elevator but it’s worth it when you enter the suite. I would rent again.

It was an amazing stay at this grand royal condo. I just wish for coming an hour early that the front desk would let me check into the room as when I got into the condo unit, other then the floor , it wasn't fully clean and I don't know what the cleaner was cleaning as I found old bread crumbs near the toaster , I supplied myself more toilet rolls, hand soap that I wasn't allergic to and Kleenex tissues. Overall other than the minor set backs at the beginning and end of the trip. Overall would recommend this place but you might have to supply other essentials if you stay as long as I did for about a week. Thanks !!

The condo unit is larger than most hotel rooms, mine had two separate bedrooms with two baths and a big walk in closet. The living room, dining and kitchen were all connected between the two bedrooms, and a laundry closet off the front hallway. não é hotel, é um prédio residencial ou algo do tipo e com vários defeitos, não tem recepeção, fazem apenas a entrega das chaves e tem que fazer ligação para fazer o caução, um absurdo, dois elevadores quebrados sabe se lá desde quando, portanto era sempre uma enorme perda de tempo na espera de elevador paa subir e descer, a piscina estava em reforma, enfim muitos problemas unica coisa boa de fato é a localização que é excelente mesmo, perto de tudo.

It was a great experience at the Grand Royal Condos. The place was clean and the staff was great. The location was perfect walking distance to the Hockey Hall of fame and CN tower. I totally recommend this place for location in down town.

This property was ok for our two night stay, it was close to everything we needed and staff was very responsive. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it and the photos didn’t properly described the unit. It was more dated than expected and there weren’t many utilities. We would stay here again, but probably for cheaper.

Nice suites and I stay here often. Last time all but one of the elevators was broken…veeeery long wait as it services around 25 floors.

The location and room were

Tolle Unterkunft direkt in der wunderschönen Stadt Toronto. Alle Attraktionen sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Bars und bieten vielseitige Möglichkeiten, einen schönen Abend zu verbringen. Mehrere Spätkaufs sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank+großes Eisfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc). Der Hauptbahnhof Union Station ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort fährt eine Bahn direkt zum Airport innerhalb von 25 Minuten. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens ist von 3 Aufzügen nur 1 Aufzug in Betrieb und man muss etwas warten. Es steht ein PKW-Stellplatz in der TG für 39,00 CADTag zur Verfügung. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle es gerne weiter.
