The stay for our purposes was quite acceptable. The lady who greeted us was friendly with genuine interest to help. It was clean with a fridge and microwave so more than a 1 night stay is possible. It is a highway location so small active children would need to be monitored closely. Sort drive to restaurants and other amenities.

Was a good location for hiring Uhaul trucks.

With the price i wasn't expecting the ritz lol. But the property was great at communication, the room was very clean, floors looked new, bed was comfy. Owner was maintaining outside cleanliness when we got there, spider webs n such, she was lovely. There is a back door to the rooms with a little patio looking out into a backyard. Room for yard games if you wanted :) each patio was seperated by a partition so you don't have to see your neighbors if you don't want :) tv, microwave, fridge, new air conditioning unit that worked fantastic! Would stay again.

Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Misleading information on the booking site and they are fully aware its wrong. Was charged more than tripple what they claim on the pet fee certainly didn't seem to have a "max per accommodation" again they brought up they fact expida website is wrong so they are aware

Easy helpful staff. Large area to walk dogs. Another guest left socks on radiator.

The locks were hard to get into. The smoke detector fell off the wall in the middle of the night. One room didnt even have a smoke detector. The coffee pot still had a coffee bag in it and it was moldy. Old style radiators . Baseboard in bathrrom did not work. Felt sketchy in that area. Will not stay again. You get what you pay for, i wish I had of read reviews first.

The room was okay however the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were used towels and someone's shirt hanging on the back of the door and the bath mat was on the floor as it had already been used.

I received the access and Wi-Fi codes ahead of check-in, which made arrival super easy. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, and it was nice and warm when we entered. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they had a full cable channel package — great for relaxing after a long day. I also felt safe knowing there were security cameras outside each room. The location is just outside Orillia, so you’ll need to drive about 8–10 minutes into town for dining or groceries, which isn’t too bad. Some people might not love that it’s right along Highway 11, but earplugs were thoughtfully provided. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay!

Room was fine. Would have been nice to have a comforter on the bed.

Parking is good. Definitely pet friendly saw dogs there. The staff are amazing so friendly best part of visit.

Upon arriving at “Happyland” my S/O was not happy. We stayed here for the price and its proximity to Casinorama. Well after check in, we were escorted to our room by the front desk clerk. After she opened the door we were met with a bleach smell that nearly melted our eyes and nostrils. She informed us to leave the back door open for a bit. It was a cooler damp day outside, and in leaving the door open, the room got quite cold. So we attempted to turn heat on to absolutely no avail. The owner came to the room and entered without knocking and asked us “if we needed anything”? My first thought was yes a new hotel room, but I didn’t say that. Instead, we told her the heater wasn’t working. She said that it takes a few minutes to get going. We left it on and headed to Orillia for a few small things for the night. When we got back, the heater still hadn’t turned on and I decided to have a shower before the concert. My girlfriend was sitting on the bed watching TV, as I got out of the shower. We then heard the door opening to our room and the manager walked in and said “ didn’t realize you were here sorry just wanted to check on the heater”. I have never had a hotel manager walk into the room without knocking. Had I been completely naked she would’ve got quite the show. Found numerous dead ticks around the hotel room, and my father who stayed in the adjacent room, found a mouse in his. I guess if you’re just looking for a place to stay for the night go to orillia.

Cinder-brick walls, spiders, noisy. TV spotty always freezing up. Wifi intermittent. Bathroom fixtures missing and loose. No K-cups for Kuireg. Inexpensive, but that is about it.

Perfect for motorcycle day touring. Located in the center of many good back roads and small towns. Easy access to Hwy 11, north or south. Has a small kitchen with frig, toaster oven, microwave, and even a Keurig coffee maker. The door has a digital key pad, so no worry about losing keys. The room is clean and bright. The bed is especially comfortable, nice sheets and blanket.It's a quick 8 km trip to Orilla for any supplies or dinning. Excellent value, I will definitely be back next time.

Room was mostly clean, save for some cobwebs and a dead fly in the bathroom. Would have loved to see it cleaned a bit more thoroughly but not bothered. Convenient location for traveling through on a work trip. I liked that I got a code to my phone to check in which made checking in later a breeeze.

This inn should never have been on expedia. It is below a 1 star. The room had spider webs, bugs, a strong urine smell and had multiple broken elements. We felt unsafe and had to leave.

All I can say is about this property is this if you want to just pull off the road a few feet get a room go to sleep with ear plugs that they provide it's great but remember it's right off 11 it's noisy the room is mostly a place for you to have a bed the floor was clean has the bathroom floors need to be extra cleaned in my opinion the bed was good but remember this is not a Holiday Inn but if you're tired and you want a quick sleep but you need earplugs remember that.

Was a great place lay my head down for the night in my travels.
