ハーバー ハウス ホテル

島内にある数少ないホテルの一つ。ガンジスエリアまでも歩いて行けるので便利でした。 部屋は思っていたよりも新しく、インテリアがすっきりしていて、天井が高くゆったり過ごせました。 ただ浴槽がないのとシャワーの水圧がちょっと弱いなぁと思いました。 部屋まで上がるエレベーターがない(島にはエレベーターが3基しかないのだそう!)ので荷物が重いとちょっと困るかもしれません。 受付のスタッフの方は気さくな方で親切でした。

ホテル内のレストランで食事したが、非常に不満足なディナーだった。特にステーキとラムは期待を裏切られる位酷かった。

Fact that they have the breakfasts buffet included,except they didn't open breakfasts for the duratio of.our stays.

Property was great. A little slow at check in but otherwise really nice stay.

Perfect to stay at if you want to walk into Ganges for the market or go kayaking from the harbour.

It was great. Small increase inconveniences like they did not have a hair dryer in the room or a clothes iron. When asked they could not provide an iron because they have only three and all were signed out. Overall it was good experience and I would go back.

We enjoyed the hotel a lot but the restaurant at the hotel isn’t good at all, though there are other great dining options near by, but one should make a reservation, especially if going on a weekend.

Service

For the price We would expect nicer No elevator. No safety hand rails in shower. Sheets were too tightly tucked and did not come up high enough. Extra blanket would have been nice Nice view unfortunately it was raining so did not use the deck.

The property felt deserted and lacked clear signage, creating confusion about whether it was even open. The front desk staff member was very unwelcoming, dismissive, and unprofessional—offering no assistance or basic hospitality. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, rude, and unsafe, which led us to leave shortly after arriving. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to other travelers.

I realy liked the quiet and clean room

We chose this because of the high ratings on cleanliness. That’s of the utmost importance to us. Upon arrival, there were black hairs in the shower so it obviously wasn’t cleaned properly. They did come in and clean it right away. The next day, we came back to the room and the towels were changed but the bathroom floor was dirty (there was mud on the rolled up bath towel and it was still on the floor) AND the bed wasn’t made. I also left a gross stained pillow on the foot of the bed to be replaced. I had to speak to front desk and again they did come and rectify the situation. For the cost, the room should be immaculate and we were grossed out. Also, not q-tips, cotton pads or slippers. Having these simple items would be helpful and expected at this price point. The balcony was cute. Nice view. No noise disturbances but we would not stay at this property again.
