The room is much space than expected.

Room was bright, spacious, clean and had a bathtub, not just a shower. You cannot swim in the Harrison resort hot pools if you are not staying at the old Harrison resort, so be warned that you have to swim at this hotel's pool instead. Also, the public pool in Harrison has limited space, limited hours, and waitlists, and is not worth waiting for. I would absolutely stay here again, but don't expect to have the outdoor grotto experience.

The stay was comfortable, but the hotel is quite average overall.

Room recently

Booked the junior suite. Room was really nice and well kitted out. Just a shame there were no shops close by that sold food you could actually cook for yourself. Just fast food and restaurants. Property had a coin laundry which was great. Amazing views from the room.

Easy check in, room spacious and kitchen option was great.

Was not happy that I was not informed of a scheduled blackout from 10PM till 5:30 AM and paid full price. Expedia did not have this on their webpage

The front desk ( indian lady) is not friendly. We get in and she sees us without say Hello, so we have to say First. No smilling at all. Our first time in this Hotel so a bit disappoited. Second, the pool and hot tub is not have emergency button . I just going there and saw the older guys stuck in the tub. he slipery on the stair inside the pool when he trying to get out. His knee was blooding so bad. We helped him out and call the front desk. They are not really know what they should do. After all. We dont want to use hot tub till they come back for cleaning. ( the blood was inside the tub, and around the pool. We was waiting for an hour and nobody come . We walked to front desk and asked if they are going to clean. She said: no house keeping now so they unable to clean. If they can not right away, they should put the side in the pool : Temporary out of order so just make sure no one can use before they clean up. Hygiene is a Question this place.

Clean

Regardless of the planned BC Hydro outage that we were warned of well in advance, I would 1000% stay here again. Great room and amenities. Easy to access. Clean. Kind staff. Amazing location - right across from beach and down the street from all the good restaurants and shops.

Very clean and pet friendly property.

I arrived at just after 9pm. No food to be found anywhere. Staff were not helpful. My room keys were cancelled with my dog left in the room. The staff all stared and acted weird around me. Bad vibes. I didnt stay the second night....

Comfy bed. Room had a view of the lake which was nice. No on site restaurant but options just steps away. A wonderful coffee shop/cafe around the corner. Front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Couldn't get the TV to go to regular channels (Only Netflix and LG channels) Followed the instruction sheet but to no avail. Ended up watching KBO baseball on the LG channels (which wasn't so bad). Only stayed one night to attend a wedding but wished we had a bit more time to stay longer. A nice little hotel

Not satisfy about swimming pool there not provide any of shampoo or bath soap for taking showers ,if did will be perfect
