The outdoor pool was clean and very enjoyable! 5 stars!!!

Run down and the fridge was weird. Pool is amazing but the rest of hotel needs a major upgrade. Couldn’t get even a half bucket of ice for the room. Staff and pool were great!!

I was so excited to stay overnight. 1) it looked like an amazing resort with the pool and the cozy rooms! We get there, receptionist could really learn about more customer service. While I wasn't expecting 5 star service and reception, I was expecting more cordial, receptive, warm and welcoming receptionist. I was greeted by a cold couldn't care less attitude. Asked if we can get a room with a view, if possible, as nicely as we could. Didn't bother checking, just said you get what you get. Room was okay, basic, 2 queen beds, tv, fridge bathroom. It was okay, thin walls but manageable. Love the air conditioner. Didn't love the window looking straight into someone else's room. Was excited to try the restaurant , apparently not affiliated with the hotel, it was highly rated fusion style restaurant, came down to get a table at 745, told they close at 8!!! On a Saturday!!!! 8 pm on a Saturday when it's attached to a hotel that doesn't do room service..... how annoying!!! Had to pack up and drive to a restaurant which we didn't want to do. Next- water, as in drinking water. Their vending machines had no pop or didn't work! Almost all vending machines, I wanted water and had to order from McDonald's bottled water and pop! They had a water jug at the front entrance with one of those cone cups, I drink a litre of water in one sitting, I would have taken the entire jug..... and oh, nowhere else near to buy water as well. So DoorDash - I didn't pay a discounted rate either! $325!

The pool is very nice even though we did not use it, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We’re not able to check in before 4 at all. Hot water was in short supply. Met needs for a quick stay but would not recommend for longer than 1night.

The beautiful pool and beautiful grounds are very very nice! Loved it. The King Size bed was good. Loved the different variety of coffee options. Thank you. The kitchenette and bathroom had issues: - spout in the sink was so close to the front edge that water spilt over the counter when rinsing dishes. - the counter is a poor arrangement for preparing a meal and cooking. - on the stove, the one burner at the back took forever to heat up. - table for eating at, was tilting and wobbly. Impossible to sit and eat at without spilling drinks. - the shower stall had nowhere to place soap, shampoo etc while showering. The floor of the shower is not very convenient for placing these items.

Large pool i didn't use but sure enjoyed the hot tub after riding in rain and arriving soaked. On site restaurant was excellent!

Always a great time here. Check in was 3 hrs late due to staff not being there to clean but they let us use the pool to wait which made up for it . One of our fav spots to visit

What a beautiful place, the pool and outdoor space was amazing. The hot tub however was barely warm when we went one evening, the only other thing that was disappointing was that there wasn't a fitness center The first room we were assigned was occupied so the staff took good care of us and gave us a beautiful suite. Wonderful experience

The property was beautiful with beautiful grounds and pool. Staff was lovely! The rooms are a bit dated and need some renovation but overall we loved the pool and the amenities. We will be back!

The pool was why we booked, and it was truly a hit for our young family. Our kids are all 6 and under and they absolutely loved it. The hot tub however worked about 1/2 the time. The room was okay (older and 1/2 renovated) but to call the kitchenette a kitchenette, is an insult to all kitchenettes out there. Don’t count on having any sort of useful kitchen! The fridge as well looks like it’s from the 60s, and the ice build up in the freezer was so bad that we could hardly use it. If you’re booking for a good pool experience, this was great, but just know that the rest of the stay is quite mediocre.

Good stay but hot tub was dirty

The room was nice however the sink would not drain, it took a lot of time for the water to go down the drain. The hot water was non existent unless you showered late in the night or before 7. With a bit of much needed maintenance this place wouldn’t take much to get a higher rating.

The change room by the pool was filthy. The door to the toilet was missing. The rooms were very dated with cheap furniture. The curtains didn’t fully close. The pool is the main attraction.

The location and the pool are the two reasons to come back to this hotel. I'd give those both 5 stars. On the other hand, the staff aren't welcoming and our room wasn't cleaned once in the 3 nights we were there. The air conditioning is really noisy and the room was quite dated.

Bed was comfortable and AC was great but room was filthy and dated. Fridge was filthy and bathroom tiles were cracked and grout missing on dirty floor. Floor flooded around toilet when showering

Great pool

As far as the overall hotel is great, but when you get there, no place to park even the check-in and then your surprise by a $50 parking fee, which is never indicated ahead of time so it is a bit of a shocker
