The property must be in a not so safe area. However, the hotel had ample security in the parking lot and on each floor. I was grateful for that.

Staff are efficient and friendly. Felt safe coming in alone late at night

The location was perfect for us. We felt safe and comfortable there.

Power outage all through the night and staff wouldn’t offer any sort of discount. Poor sleep due to sleeping conditions

No power in the room due to a power outage we arrived at 2:45 AM in the morning

Noisy AC. No complimentary water or slippers

The room itself was very nice, but the common areas of the hotel left something to be desired. There were at least 6 private security guards on at a time talking amongst themselves and more on breaks in the common area. Lots of people coming off the street who didn’t appear to have a room and were on substances. I didn’t feel comfortable using the amenities that were advertised with my child. We went straight to our room and locked the blocked the door. Disruptive folks in the hall at 2AM. Our card charge still hasn’t been reversed 2 weeks later.

Hôtel is close to the bombers stadium and was clean. Good food options close by.

Restaurant was good.

Building

Loved the location of this Hotel. It was very convenient. My only complaint is that the lobby and hallways had no air conditioning & it was very warm. But other than that, everything was excellent. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the ac in the room worked very well. We would stay here again.

The room was very nice and clean .. bed is super comfy

Good Place to stay

The hotel is not clean, flies are everywhere including my room. So many people smoked in front of the building entrance. Parking lot looks horrible especially the stairway. When we need hot water, we have to get it from the kitchen at the restaurant at 1st floor. It’s all self service including get the luggage cart from 1st floor.

It was a bad experience. The property is very old and air-conditioning is primitive. I would not recommend staying here. The rooms and common areas get really hot during the day.

safe area and convenient location

The room was nice, clean, & the staff were very nice. Lots of noise from other guests in the halls at night. People knocking on doors after 11pm going on past 2am, arguing in the halls after midnight. The staff did what they could, security was good, I saw three onduty security at any given time. Pool & hot tub were nice, breakfast was fine, lots of bacon.

Poor breakfast. The staff is excellent.
