Clean hotel and room with free parking and great amenities

Hotel was clean and well equipped, price was reasonable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing but it was included so that’s okay! I would stay again.

Très belle hôtel et propre. Seul bémol , les matelas sont trop mou et l’air climatisé trop près des lits

The only downside to this hotel was the lack of fruit options at breakfast. Everything else was fantastic.

For how expensive this stay was, I was not impressed the room was small there was barely any blankets, the shower was dirty cutlery was dirty, there was hair on the beds, i had to call for extra blankets, we stayed for 2 nights and paid over $500

Les moins : Chambre peu convenable en termes de propreté : plein de cheveux sur la couette et une couette pas lavée entre chaque réservation et une odeur désagréable. Cheveux sur serviettes et tapis de bain. L'eau s'écoule mal dans le lavabo de la SDB. Les plus : Bien équipé : cuisine avec grand frigo appréciable Bon petit déjeuner avec du choix et produits frais Matelas confortable Personnel accueillant à la réception

Very nice place to stay, almost like being home!

Tout était bien mais j’avais pris cet hôtel car il y avait une glissade d’eau sur les photos sur expédia mais arrivé à l’hôtel il n’y en avait pas , les enfants étaient extrêmement déçus et les employés de l’hôtel nous ont confirmé que ça faisait des mois qu’ils demandaient à expedia d’enlever cette photo, avoir su j’aurais pris un hôtel plus près du centre ville. Mais l’hôtel est très propre et ´e service est excellent.

Very nice and clean

aucun interlocuteurs français dans l'établissement alors un peux compliqué nous avons remarqué que depuis qu'elle-que temps ses général on refait les chambres que tout les 2 jours et pour le lit ça na jamais étais fait pendant 7j dans l'hôtel précédent et 5j dans celui là l'aspirateur et un objets qui ne sert que dans les musée, je pense que la seule chose qu'il marche bien ses le terroir caisse.

The room was excellent! The stay was excellent! The only issue we had was that a dirty towel from the previous occupants was left hanging in between the shower curtains and the toilet paper wasn’t filled.

Very impressed

I loved the room and amenities. The room had everything we could ask for. Breakfast was amazing and has lots of choices. I did find that a couple of the front desk staff during our staff were slightly unpleasant. It was the only negative from our entire stay.

The service was very friendly and courteous! There were three of us and we were given a larger room than originally booked. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool area was also good and equipped with loungers. Big downside was the breakfast though: breakfast time ends at 9am. The selection is very poor (two types of cheese, packaged jam and peanut cream as toppings). The quality and selection are in clear need of improvement.
