It is average, at Check in the Room had not been Serviced from the previous guest, so we went out for dinner and when we came back the room was serviced. We spent 2 nights the next day there was no room service.

I found a cockroach in the room :(, And the room smelled of moisture, the bed covers were dirty, air conditioning with very dirty filters. bathroom with accessories in poor condition : (

Room had a small rock on the carpet that I stepped badly on it. They forget a part of the Vacum cleaner in the room. The shampoo sample and the bath soap in the bath top was too old and smell the old.
I had to leave earlier then expected because I didn’t feel it was enough clean

The receptionist was very nice. The room was clean but the first floor smelt mouldy because of high humity. My son kept sneezing non stop as soon as we got there, we had to sleep with the window opened to let fresh air in.

Wanted to get away from the heat and humidity of Charlotte. Located at 3300 ft the weather was real nice.
We were only 2 + dog and the house is built for families.
The pool table was fun. Nice house and location.
On the neg - Dishwasher is broken, the utensils are cheap and falling apart and the thermometer resets to a preset set temp several times a day. Need instructions on how to override presets.

The manager was very helpful. The general areas were very dirty but the room was clean. Great bed and bedding.
They just need a big renovation and cleanup of general areas. Also, an elevator ands caddy would be good for carrying suitcases up to 2nd - 3rd floor.

Bed not so comfortable,
The only thing that was really missing is a microwave and a small coffee maker in the room.

Great location next to a river, very peaceful and incredibly friendly staff. The bed was clean and confortable, but the washroom was not so clean. Overall it was a very nice stay for the price.
