Good location, property being up graded but reception staff a waste of time. Haveb stayed there many times before but will rethink our staying there again

The rooms and staff were good. However we were surprisingly disappointed with the breakfast. Other times we had stayed there was a good selection of items including bacon or sausage. This time it was limited to eggs, toast, cereal

This hotel was great. not fancy but the staff were awesome, the rooms were clean, it was quiet, the pool was open. parking was good and free, the location was good. I would recommend this hotel.

Check in was super fast and easy. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. There was someone rummaging in a dumpster below my window filled with construction materials at like midnight which was annoying but whatever .

The staff went above and beyond to assist with different things and they were always kind and polite.

Our stay was good, room was clean. Looks like the hotel is being remodeled.

Having a indoor pool, hit tub and eaterslides makes it an added bonus to stay especially after coming down after a long day of skiing at Big White, continental breakfast was pretty good as well, left full for traveling home. Definitely would recommend.

It’s a great location if you’re travelling to Kelowna for shopping. The property was undergoing some renovations when we stayed, but the noise settled down by bedtime and didn’t interfere with our stay. Ask for a room on the side opposite Hwy 97. The traffic was loud if you’re not used to it. Otherwise, no complaints!

Only suggestions would be the breakfast - far too salty, and coffee is far too weak. Also, hot tub doesn't need to be as hot as it is; a whole degree cooler would be ideal as it was almost dangerously hot. Overall very quiet, convenient and clean facilities, and I have come back as a repeat customer for these reasons.

Efficient and friendly staff

Nothing fancy but the rooms are clean!

The rooms were clean and neat and well managed by an amazing staff., Beds was clean with new sheets but mattress was stiff so not best sleep. Pool was fun with two slides. There busy staff was friendly and more then to help out especial when my kids wanted slides on. Lots of choices for breakfast. Would highly recomend.will be staying again.

Reasonable price.

We stay here all the time as we find it to be the best in the area as we go to Kelowna every 5 weeks due to medical. Rooms are always clean and staff very efficient and friendly.
