Nice room look like a suite

Great location for watching the winter carnival parade. We were on the front balcony by the patio heaters!

Staff are very friendly. You should know that housekeeping is done very late, like after 4. The elevator was out of order for 2 days. The tv setup is weird in room 303. You need to watch tv from bed.

The hotel advertised transportation to & from the hotel on their website and Expedia. We received confirmation by email & text of our pickup time at the terminal including the day of our arrival. We arrived early & waited 2 hours for pickup. After the scheduled time, I called & the hotel said they no longer offered that service. So, we Ubered to the hotel. When we aked to use the washrooms, they said not available & use the public ones across the street. We wanted to eat lunch - sorry restaurant closed. Employees did not know how to work with Expedia. They did not bill our credit card provided to Expedia & threaten us with eviction unless we provided a credit card. This was at 8 PM at night. I had to show rhe employees how to work with Expedia.

Very nice hotel!

We had a beautiful room and an overall nice stay. The hotel is currently going through renovations, meaning the restaurant is closed. This was not advertised on Expedia. I reached out to the hotel directly when I couldn’t find any information about the restaurant on their website. The other concern we had is that we received a text from someone impersonating the hotel looking for payment to keep the room reserved. I just think that people should be aware when booking.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The room was large, modern and well-appointed but the valet parking service was a mess due to insufficient staffing. They tell you that it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get your car but when you try to call the front desk to request your car nobody picks up, when someone finally does, it often takes another 10 minutes to get your car. One morning it took 20 minutes to get our call; the morning of our departure we waited for 35 minutes. That's unacceptable.

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Price : la chambre était magnifique, le design original, beaucoup de commodités. À savoir : l’hôtel n’offre plus de déjeuners. Pour les dormeurs légers, les bouchons sont recommandés les vendredi et samedi soirs : le bar au premier résonne jusqu’aux petites heures… Hôtel très bien situé, personnel sympathique : nous reviendrons.

Parfait et moderne

Great hotel!! Me and my friends stayed here and they made sure to give us 2 rooms next to eachother. It’s very close walking distance to old quebec and is surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants. The staff made it very easy for us to check in and out. Definitely recommend!!!!

Very clean and modern

Chambre très propre. Personnel accueillant, bien situé, stationnement dispendieux, excellent café a la chambre, beaucoup de rangement, par contre, frigo rempli de boissons etc. pas de micro ondes , manque de crochets ou tablettes dans la salle de bain. Bon séjour nous sommes satisfait.

Quelques défauts d’entretien dans les chambres, très déçus par la vue de la chambre et bruit provenant du bar jusqu’à 3h du matin. Sinon chambre confortable, spacieuse et hôtel idéalement situé.
