その日に予約して午後行きました。突然の予約にもとても親切に対応してくれて良かったです。近くに大きなスーパー、スタバが、あってカナダの日常を味う感じに買い物便利で楽しかです。滞在中日が雨で公園に足を伸ばしてトラッキングを楽しみたかったのですが、雨で一日中部屋で過ごしました。電子レンジがあったのですが、マグカップ等備品が何もなく少し不便を感じました。部屋の床の歪みが気になって落ち着かない感じはありましたが、バスルームはとても清潔で湯量もあって快適でした。隣の音や声など気にならず、周りも静かだったので休息を取れて良かったです。

They were rude, after paying with a credit card then they wanted a 200 dollar down payment after paying and requested cash told them no then they said the wanted a credit card and will charge the credit card and would get money back after 5 business days instead of putting the credit card on file they wanted to charge it and kept insisting for cash. They also never cleaned the room the next day, awful customer service and support

The room smells like cigarettes, the washroom has poop in the walls near to the toilet, bathtub oxide/rust inside, Moho in walls, tv and cable not working, Cortines fall dawn, microwave super dirty and sticky, horrible experience for a family with kids not recommended

The water is not safe to drink per York Regional Health. The Health Dept said there is bacteria in the water. Sheets had long black hairs on them. Room smelled like a urinal puck.

The rooms smelled like cigarette. The ac was open and full of lint/dirt. The wall outlets are uncovered. The carpet is filthy you can literally see the grime. Just absolutely disgusting.
