spotless! clean! staff very wonderfull!

When we arrived, the gentleman who checked us in was very cold and unwelcoming. He simply stood behind an iPad to process our check-in with no real interaction or effort to make us feel welcome. When we were given our room information, the mobile app required to open the door would not work. I went back down to explain the issue, and he dismissed it by saying I was holding my phone incorrectly. After trying again with no success, my mother had to call reception. Someone finally arrived with manual key cards, this whole thing took about 20 minutes, standing outside our room with our luggage. After a seven-hour drive, this was extremely frustrating and not the experience we expected. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Small details like handles on the cabinets and drawers would have been appreciated, but overall the room was fine. The following evening, when we returned after being out all day, a different receptionist was working. She was much more welcoming and pleasant. Unfortunately, our key cards once again did not work. We tried calling reception with no answer. I had to go downstairs to look for assistance, but no one was there. Shortly after, my mother called to say the receptionist had just gone upstairs to deliver towels we had requested. Between the lack of available staff and the unreliable door-entry system, the experience became far too inconvenient. For these reasons, we would not choose to stay there again.

Très décevant pour le prix. Aucun stationnement disponible et dormir sur un divan lit, j’aurais du aller chez une amie au moins ça aurait été gratuit

La chambre est impeccable et le personnel a pu nous trouver une chambre avec vue sur le Saguenay. Les hôtesses d’ accueil ont placé nos valises en consigne et nous ont suggéré des visites ou restos. Un verre de vin nous a été proposé car il y avait un lancement à l’hôtel. La chambre est impeccable! 10 étoiles !!!!

Staff at the réception was not very helpful. Asked if we could have the room early and she just said it is written on the site that the check in is at 16:00 specially for costumer’s that book tru Hotel.com so it’s at 16:00. She tells us that we could pay for extra time but didn’t not offer. Mattress are hard and the bed very high. She let us know couple of time that we booked tru Hotel.com

Le lit était très inconfortable et la chambre très petite. Très déçu

La télévision n’est pas fonctionnelle

La chambre était vraiment impeccable, la salle de bain aussi , la seule chose que j’ai pas aimé c’est en arrivant on devait attendre qu’ils vérifient si il y avait de chambres propres mais cela a été à 10 pm quand le Check out de l’hôtel c’est à 11 am !! Et pas très professionnel à mon avis .

Super service de toute l'équipe.

Hôtel très bien situé. Ambiance du lobby dynamique et sympathique. Belle chambre. Salle de bain petite, mais très propre.
