どちらかと言えば、ビジネスホテル。朝食では、男性1人の客が多かった。スタッフは、とてもフレンドリー。 高台ではないので、窓の景色は楽しめないが、観光スポットへのアクセスは申し分ない。 2日目からスリッパが出てきたり、細かいことは、あるが、全体的には、清潔感あり、欧米の小さなホテルにしては、大手に負けない良いホテルであると思います。

とても素晴らしかった。もう一度Qubecに行くことがあれば、first choiceのホテルとなると思う。

Loved this hotel. In a quieter area, but withing minutes of walking to the funicular or Petite Champlain. We loved to hang out in the lobby in the late evenings and enjoyed the fireplace and free cappuccinos. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Turndown service was very nice after a long day of sightseeing. Love the ability to text with front desk for recommendations and directions. Lots of comfortable areas to sit and relax. Met new friends while sitting outside by the fire.

Staff was very professional and courteous, lobby area was very welcoming, enjoyed the fireplace that was well attended to. Coffee machine made excellent coffee and I really appreciated the oat milk option.

The room and all of the property were clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the decor of the room, in particular, was very dark and the lighting was not sufficient for seniors' eyes.

The staff were outstanding, accommodating, and kind. The lounge is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Great experience

Hotel is in a good location but construction made it inaccessible for uber and cabs. No real bar or dining restaurant. Lights in my room were not all working. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is limited and costs $21.00 it should be complimentary given that it is continental breakfast. No free water bottle in room. No bell service and hard to enter front entrance with bags/luggage as it is all stairs. Also no food options available for in room dining. I won’t be staying here again.

Actually, I hate writing about a bad review The heating system did not work in the room We had to ask several times to get it fixed All they offered us was a little space heater Then the space heater caused an electrical shortage. We had to sit in the dark for three hours. They never offered us to get a new room. And to be quite honest when I told them when I was checking out, the clerk seemed annoyed When I go back to Back, I would not stay at this hotel The service overall was so so It’s too bad the hotel is in a great location Thanks.

A fantastic hotel in an heritage building in old Québec. Convenient for walking in the bas ville but a hike to the upper city—or just take the funiculaire. Lovely staff—very friendly and helpful. Within an easy walk to several amazing restaurants but a special shout out to Légende and L’Origine.

Loved staying here. Our arrival flight was delayed. We were coming from the US and the flight left 4 hours late. Despite arriving at 2am there was a front desk staff member waiting to greet us. The bed was supremely comfortable, the room clean and welcoming, and location in the old town charming with many of our planned activities within walking distance. Staff were wonderful. Would happily return to this hotel

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful and the rooms had lots of room and very clean. Would stay there again. Highly recommend
