フロントの方が大変親切でした。拙い英語でタクシー手配をお願いしたところ、間違いがないように何度も確認してくれたり、ゆっくり話してくれて優しかったです。お部屋は可愛いし、清潔ですれ違う方がみんな感じ良く挨拶してくださいました。またケベック観光には大変便利な立地でした。ありがとうございました！

Lovely stay

Clean. Quiet. Friendly. Helpful staff. Nice room, well equipped.Good location in city. Merchants do not clear snow from walks. Slush, heavy slippery. Do sand and salt. Treacherous walking.

nice staff. clean room. parts of the walls were made of tereal stone which gave out a old-Quebec look. well placed in the middle of old-Quebec. There are 2 huge parking options nearby at about 15$-20$ per day.

I stayed in the single person room and it was perfect for my needs! The location can’t be beat, especially for the Christmas market! The character of the building and rooms is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Unique room and very clean. Staff at the front desk was very friendly at check in but after that we were never acknowledged with a friendly hello or anything when we returned to the hotel or offered any assistance when we looked confused. Otherwise it is a nice hotel that fits in well with the Old Quebec City historic charm. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel if stairs are a challenge for you.

What a wonderful property full of character. Great location and wonderful staff. Just a note for others with way too much luggage (like me), realize that you will need to carry this up stairs.

Marie Rollet was a very quaint boutique hotel in a perfect area of old Quebec City. It was central to the old city and very walkable. So close to the Fontenac Chateau and Boardwalk. The steps entering the hotel are quite steep making it slightly challenging to get in with a suitcase. We were very happy to be on the main level of the hotel as there is a winding staircase with other rooms both upstairs and downstairs. Overall our stay was wonderful and would stay again but only on the main floor.

History

Fantastic staff! Had great recommendations. Easy to work with for luggage storage. Helped set up transport to airport at a silly early time (3:30am). Definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice historic hotel in old Quebec city,

A great choice for a central location - we parked our car and walked everywhere in upper and lower town from here. Wonderful staff! We really loved everything about our stay.
