フロントの方が大変親切でした。拙い英語でタクシー手配をお願いしたところ、間違いがないように何度も確認してくれたり、ゆっくり話してくれて優しかったです。お部屋は可愛いし、清潔ですれ違う方がみんな感じ良く挨拶してくださいました。またケベック観光には大変便利な立地でした。ありがとうございました！

This is a cozy quiet property with an historic feel

Great location in the heart of the old fortified city. Easy walk to all the QC sights, dining, and shops. Hotel has one of kind rooms with lots of character. Clean, quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Prepare for stairs, not the best for those with mobility issues.

The hotel was historical. They had us in a room that was very beautifully decorated with fireplace, windows on the street, but was still quiet. The staff was very nice to hold our luggage all day and they put it in the room before we got back. The location was a good walking distance from all of Quebec City old town. The entrance steps are very steep. If you have mobility problems, be sure to inquire.

Super kind staff and great service! They made it a point to gift us wine for our honeymoon, and went out of their way to get a wine bottle opener for us. The room was beautiful and quaint. We would stay again!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of the main sights. Clean and tidy but no food options at the hotel.

It’s a small, unique and cool hotel right at the center of the historic landmark. Everything is walkable and lots of dining options. Would stay here again.

The steps at the entrance are very unsafe for a senior. The room itself is extremely small, and the bathroom has no countertop or cabinet - which may explain why there were no photos of it on the website. The front desk staff left after 7 pm, leaving no support available for guests. If you have a lot of luggage to carry up to the second or third floor, you are out of luck - there's no help available. Overall, it feels like we are receiving the bare minimum in terms of service, with little attention to hospitality.

Best location. In room espresso machine. Only place I want to stay while in Quebec City!

Je croyais que la salle de bain communiquait avec ma chambre ? De plus, il n'y avait aucun petit frigo pour y mettre au moins une bouteille d'eau et quelques petits achats de nourritures pour me dépanner. Si c'était mon hôtel je rénoverait toutes les chambres pour les adapter en copnséquence.

This little hotel is in 150-year-old building in the heart of Quebec City's old district. It's unlikely a place you've ever stayed in. Enjoy.
