It was my 1st time to visit Prince George and to stay at this hotel "Hyatt Place Prince George". I was a little late to arrive and to check in, because of my train was delayed about 2 hours. But checking in was very smooth. Especially, here's free breakfast was great, very yummy!! Beaucoup, Thanks A Lot, Dohmo Ohkiniyi!!

Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Find the price is expensive for the location.

Great hotel but only two plugs in the whole room

Very clean and modern, friendly staff, excellent free breakfast. Convenient to down town. We love staying here when visiting PG.

Room amenities may improve like water

Excellent accommodations, everything was clean and comfortable, only thing that I was a little dissapointed about was the Dinner menu in house was lacking, but many excellent restaurants in the area.

I really liked this place. Good amenities. Comfortable bed. My only complaint is if you are on the man floor, you can hear everything happening in the lobby and whoever the person at the front desk is talking too. If there was a door at the end of the hallway or carpeted floors that would make the stay quieter.

Exercise room with quality gear. Included breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also has EV chargers!

Clean. Good breakfast. Pool broken: kids very disappointed. Air freshener on entering hotel has nice but overpowering scent.

The rooms in this hotel are modern. We had a family of five and there was room for all of us, but it was definitely a little bit tight but something that you see in some of the newer hotel rooms. I phoned in the morning to see if we would be able to check in an hour early and they told me I could so I booked on Expedia when we arrived our room was not ready and would not be ready until 3 o’clock or 330 when check-in says it is 3 PM. I was very unhappy and asked them to call me if my room became available. They did not call me and when I checked in, they said my room had been ready for half an hour so was not happy with the follow up overall though the hotel is quiet it is clean. It is modern and I would stay there again. The breakfast they provide look to be very good, but it was incredibly busy and they had a hard time keeping up with the demand. The hotel was fully booked, so I think it made it difficult for them again. I would stay again even though I wasn’t super happy with my first stay.

Loved our room and hospitality and the complimentary breakfast. Parking can be an issue though

All good, BF was clean and delicious. But my car was attacked by someone. Door and window scratched overnight, when i checked next day. Felt so bad. So i think there was an homeless or something bad problem. I love the properties and hyatt brand. But will never visit again... sorry..

My dog was welcome. Great stay!

I have stayed here before and always try to stay here when I’m travelling through. Nice rooms, friendly staff and a great hot breakfast. A bar and restaurant in the hotel is a bonus.

This is a very odd property. The electrical and lighting are intermittent. The bed is quite soft. The shower head is very low end. Breakfast is superb. Staff are hit and miss, mostly miss. I would not stay here again.
