The staying was great. The staff was always super helpful and super fast with all of our requests.

We had an amazing stay at the Inn. The front desk was simply fantastic - helpful, quick and always ready with answers. The location of the hotel cannot be beat - right across the road from Sam's bar, Toasty coffee place and the village with shops and restaurants. We haven't used the car in 4 days! The room was spacious and comfortable, the views were excellent, and the electric fireplace adds a nice touch. We didn't hear a single person in the other rooms, although the hotel was packed! Very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay as you can go back for lunch which is a bonus! The front desk area could do with a bit of a sprucing up, the floors could be polished. Looks worn but the room was fine. Parking is really tight, should unload car in front entranceway as opposed to garage as we could barely get into our car.

The staff were really genuinely helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed it being pet friendly, the amenities as well as overall location.

I had a great 6 day stay at the Inn at Big White. My room was old decor and the lighting was a bit dark but generally I was only there to sleep anyway. I was located on the first floor which was next to the bar area and noisy but it seemed to get quiet by 9pm. Staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Ski locker and garage were easy and best of all the walk into the centre was 1 minute. I had to do some work video calls whilst I was there and the wifi was fine. I would stay there again.

Es ist eine Appartement-Unterkunft mit Selbstverpflegung. Liegt nur wenige Meter vom Village entfernt.

Central location, pool is nicely heated and access to pool is indoor which was nice for the cold temperature outside. Although it is not really ski in-ski out the access is not too difficult but you do need to cross a road skiing into the building as well as skiing out. Nice hotel rooms with some ability to make meals in the room. I would stay here again!

The inn is very handy to the Big White Village, and the center of where everything is.

Our family experience at Big White this last week was an amazing. We were on a budget and the “Inn at Big White“ presented exceptional value. The front desk were well informed, made numerous recommendations, and were well organized. The pool and hot-tub were wonderful ways to end each day. The Inn’s pub - “Blarney’s” was one of the more basic eateries available in town so keep it simple (breakfasts and a post-ski pints recommended). I run from any hotel testimonials that say “clean” because I expect this, but for an older hotel (especially with a pool, hot-tub, games room) it was *spotless*. The cleaning staff were really well selected. Any families should really stretch the budget and take advantage of the kid’s ski school in town - like the Inn at Big White - worth every penny. Instructors vetted / trained to high level with astonishing results. Thank you for some amazing memories!! See you again soon 👌

Fantastic location for ski in , ski out. Spacious rooms and easy secure parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed there two nights and would certainly stay there again. Big White is one of my favourite places to ski because of the champagne power.
