InterContinental Hotels MONTREAL by IHG

The breakfast was very good! Bed too. The room serves was no good as they didn’t mention that it wasn’t free instead of the breakfast then I knew that I needed to pay $ 100 for a meal after order.

In the park just in front of the Hotel , there are some homeless people. There were 3elevators, we had to wait for that quit time especially in the morning. House service knocked and open our room at the same time at 8AM! In the Bathroom, the wallpaper is turnimg over a few places and could see some black mold. View from the room was great.

モントリオール地下街に繋がっているため、会議施設やフードコートへのアクセスは良好。受付人数が少ないため混雑時は待たされますが、対応は丁寧。シャワールーム扉の締りが緩く、バスマットが毎回ビショビショになったが、部屋は清潔で快適でした。

Liked the view. Felt the hotel was a little understaffed. Great location for walking around old Montreal.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, Housekeeping removed my toiletry bag from the room. My toiletry bag was missing after housekeeping went through the room. Front desk suggested they thought I had checked out. Then why did they leave my hand cream, wet wipes and charger where I'd left them? They also left the bathrobe in the bathroom. Bizarre thing to take, my toiletries. Front desk provided me with a toothbrush and paste. They said the housekeeping supervisor thought I had checked out so cleared my toiletry bag. Odd that your "supervisor" would take my toiletry bag but leave my hand cream (which was immediately next to the bag), along with my charger and wet wipes, and let the hotel bathrobe on the hook in the bathroom?!?! Then I was charged $50 to have the item returned to me. They reimbursed the money after I complained.

Hotel was closing so I was unaware of this when I booked, so amenities I was expecting were not available

The hotel was clean, stylish and comfortable. The staff was excellent, fluent in English and a wealth of information. The breakfast at the restaurant was top notch and it was fun to try a new entre each morning. The hotel is going to be going thru a 2 year renovation and I can’t wait to book here again.

Clean and friendly. Appreciated the location, could walk everywhere and lots of connections.

Everything was amazing, from the staff to the beautiful architect of the building. The only reason as to 4 stars would be the mini fridge in our room wasn't working which led to our food being compromised. Other than that, it was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group

The room was a bit rundown with hair in the drain, the charging station didn't work etc. Service at the restaurant was exceedingly slow. It all made sense when we found out the hotel is closing soon for two years for renovations problems make more sense. The location was perfect though.
