We were very pleased with our stay! This is a nice 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment fully equipped and very comfy. Cable TV, parking. Beds very comfortable. Hot water, heating worked perfectly. There is no reception/lobby because it’s an apartment so you MUST contact host to be given access. Construction behind the building could be noisy for some, but didn’t affect us at all.

Do not stay here! Disgusting conditions after we were made to check in after 4pm check in for the cleaning lady to finish! Dried blood in the living room, stained couch ! Water damaged walls with water still coming down them! Disgusting! Would have left if it wasn’t already paid for because that’s their policy , pay up front and now we know why! Asked for a reFund and they refused! Expedia didn’t help at all either. The other renters upstairs played beer pong all night with loud music. Will say the manager did respond quickly to our noise complaint but that’s it for pluses! Disgusting place and awful stay! Beware.

the bedroom heating wasn't working and a window in the bathroom wouldn't close. Being in winter, that wasn't the greatest experience.

The host was very easy to communicate with and available to help any given time.

The apartment is located next to a large construction site. Don’t expect a quiet morning this just won’t happen with the work site being really active almost from sunrise. Air conditioning is a single portable unit Iocated midway in the apartment. Don’t expect an air condition bedroom those are at both end of the property and no air conditioning gets there. Dishes in the kitchen are all greasy and dirty. We elected to buy paper dishes than to use what was in there. Missing bedsheets and pillow for the sleeping sofa. At least the property management brought some extra ones at 10:30pm so the kids could sleep. The apartment itself tus fairly spacious and there was room to sleep 4 adults and 4 kids using all available bedrooms single beds and pullout sleeping sofa. No table in the kitchen but there is a table in the living room acting as a dinning room. Found bugs in the bathrooms, mouse feces in the kitchen cupboards and a strong humidity smell when you get into the apartment. Pricier than a hotel room and a lot less amenities or services. Would not recommend it at all. Good thing we were there only a single night.

Wow! Was the first word i heard from the kids. They loved the settings of the apartment. We will stay here again mommy when we are coming back in Ottawa.

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the suite. The floors looked clean but left your socks brown, dishes were poorly washed with sticky cupboards in spots, light fixtures over the dining room table and in the living room were full of hundreds of dead insects, refrigerator shelves had not been cleaned, appliance cords were sticky. etc. Also, the batteries in the remotes were mostly dead and the TV instructions had little to do with reality. The building is surrounded by an active construction site where they begin to make noise before 6 AM. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, and except for a lack of forks, the suite was well-appointed. We also found the location nice and quiet, at least until construction got underway. If it was cleaner and construction was finished, we would stay there again.

Really clean, communication easy, accommodating.

Really not a nice place, construction right behind the building. Beds are small and uncomfortable

Roy was responsible and responsive to issues and problems. No issues with cleaniness and facilities. One issue with not enough bedsheets and comforters for our party of eight resolved timely by Roy. One problem I should point out about the property is limited parking spots. Not good for party with multiple vehicles since each unit only allowed one parking and street parking available subject to 1 hour limit Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm daily.

Very nice apartment in a very convenient area. Good space for up to 6 people.

Location: Excellent. Close to downtown, surrounded by wonderful parks and playgrounds a short walk away. Grocery store is a short drive and convenience stores, fast food and coffee shops a short walk. Beautiful old houses and embassies all around. There is a lot of construction going on around the neighbourhood -- even next door -- but it didn't bother us. Communication: Excellent. Roy responded quickly to immediate concerns Property: It was clean, bright, with a fair amount of room. It is not high end furnishings. A couple minor broken things should easily have been addressed previously -- but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment. The kitchen could use more plates/bowls. Plenty of (very) hot water. And good pressure. Very good (and clean) stove and fridge. The WiFi worked well, but IPTV failed regularly (which may be due to the broken antenna). Lots of lights. Lots of USB plugs. The portable AC is a little loud and only cools the back half of the property. The (loud) fans in the front end helped but it did get warm for my kids.

Maravilhoso! O Roy é extremamente prático e prestativo. Antes mesmo de chegarmos já mandou por mensagem todas as orientações e se colocou a disposição. O apartamento é agradável, confortável, bem equipado. Nós sentimos em casa de verdade. Muito bem localizado. Fizemos tudo a pé. Recomendo muito!
