Wonderful and enjoyable. We had a good time staying at this place.

タオル交換が一日置きという事を最初に知らされなかった。 ゴミ箱回収も5日間で一回だけで、溜まりまくった。 トイレットペーパーも、言わないと追加してくれない。 市バスの中で、ワンデイパスが買えると教えられたのに、買えず困った。 バスタブ無しと書いてなかった。

Good points: room is clean, room design is cool, staff is kind, location is convenient, breakfast is simple but good, TV has on demand service. Bad points: no tissue paper, no trash bins (only one near the toilet), the smell of the room is a little wired.

Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. We were so fortunate to meet the others guests during our stay. All were lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely patio. Breakfasts were awesome. Obviously we can’t say enough about our stay and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

An beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to downtown Kelowna. The amenities were plentiful, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast, delicious. Absolutely would book again on my next trip!

In addition to the exceptional facilities, Donna was a superb host. She was person-centered, interactive, and responsive to guest interests and needs. When reviewing such businesses, we tend to think in terms of the three P's - People, Place, and Product. Kelowna Bed and Breakfast has it all! Attentive personnel, charming spaces, and delectable food and beverages.

A beautiful oasis from the hot weather. Wonderful attention to the details. Would recommend for a city break.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights recently.Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.Beds super comfortable.It did get a littke hot at night but there was a heatwave so it was understandable.Most of our time was spent reading with a glass of wine on the beautiful deck.It had a wonderful hottub and koi pond.Our favorite thing was the host.We had the most wonderful breakfast and both our plates were empty after.Anything we needed she was s text away.We had some frozen goods and we were given a freezer pack and cooler to transport back home.We will not stay anywhere else in Kelowna.A

Beautifully renovated property. Breakfasts were great. Staff is very nice. The Koi fish pond was wonderful.

This is an excellent bed and breakfast. The home is beautiful with an amazing back yard/patio. It is very welcoming and the staff were great! The breakfasts are absolutely incredible, we will definitely be returning if we travel to Kelowna again. It is also just a 3 minute lime scooter ride to downtown Bernard Ave.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was impeccably decorated, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a calming space tastefully decorated in soft lavender and sage. In addition to being spotless, our one hundred year old room was equipped with a high tech Smart/satellite TV and efficient Wifi access. The outside space was relaxing - the perfect spot for a glass of local wine or craft beer. Breakfast was served in the yard each morning and we couldn’t wait to see what work of art the staff had created. Finally, the staff…we can’t say enough about how wonderful we were treated at Chatham House. We felt special and pampered. We will definitely return.

Excellent; breakfast served every morning was a lovely experience. A unique property and experience. We also enjoyed the hot tub, even enjoying refreshments served as we relaxed and felt the therapeutic effects.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. The outdoor facilities were well-maintained and nice. We had wonderful breakfasts the two mornings we were there as well.

I am giving 2 to the staff because I booked the bed and breakfast on the same date I wanted to stay, the owner called me back said since she was not in the town, check in time would be 7 pm or she could call Expedia to cancel the booking. I was already in the airplane, did not have time to cancel and book somewhere else. Ended up to check in 7 pm,

Within a pleasant walk to the waterfront and restaurants, this B&B is in an excellent location. Host and hostess friendly an knowledgeable. Breakfasts were tasty visually beautiful, especially with their charcuterie bacon and eggs

Excellent! Some other guests did not read or respect the rules specified re ‘after-10:00 p.m. quiet (younger female group) plus a family with 2 young children, but that didn’t ruin the vacation for us.
