Staff were attentive and hotel was kept clean despite being busy.

Hotel was very modern, stylish and clean. Staff was very friendly too.

Excellent hotel. Greta location. Comfy beds and staff wonderful. Had a Club M room and lounge was lovely. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, breakfast veg, pancakes, assorted breads and rolls muffins, cereals and cooked oats. Only able to go to one evening in lounge and had meatballs, jalapeño cheese poppers, crackers hummus, nacho chips and salsa. Fridges full of self serve drinks and waters. During the times when lounge was not serving bfast or evening session (5:30-7:30) Thye had bags of chips and nuts and others snacks. Also oremade little sandwiches with a serving of cheddar and veggies and dips. Very nice. Staff very friendly. Close to waterfront. Enjoyed lunch at Academy restaurant lounge.

Staff was very polite and attentive, room was very clean neat and well appointed, tv is large and the beds are very comfortable, I would come here again that is for sure

What a wonderful room! It was spacious, immaculately clean and decorated modern (but still comfortable). The bar downstairs was lovely with good service as well. I will definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area!!!

Heating didn't work in the room

Leider gab es mehrere Dingezu beanstanden. Dür ein Hotel dieser Klasse ist dasangebotene Frühstück eine einzige Katastrophe. Es gibt kei Buffet. Leider gibt es auch nur schwer genießbaren Filterkaffee oder Tee. Das servierte Früstück ist ü erschaubar in Auswahl. Für die Parkgebühr fürs Auto muss man ganz schön tief in die Tasche greifen. Das ein Lift nicht funktionierte, lass ich hiereinmal außen vor. Kann passieren. Aber, dass man fürs Internet aich noch extra bezahlen muss, ist einem Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie unwürdig. Über die mangelhafte Beleuchtung des Zimmers spreche ich hier gar nicht. Ist einfach den Preis nicht wert. Diese Leistung gibt's auch für deutlich kleineres Geld!

Great location

I stayed two nights at the Kingston Marriott, spending over $600, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At check-in, my partner and I were told the only charge that day would be a $50 incidental hold, with the room charged at checkout. Instead, they charged me $507.98 upfront. When I showed proof, staff insisted I was wrong. The manager eventually admitted the mistake and said no more authorizations would happen — yet the next morning at 5 a.m., I got two new attempted charges ($73.38 and $93.55). At checkout, they tried to charge me another $600 and claimed the first $507.98 would refund in 10–15 business days. So they were essentially holding over $1,100 for a two-night stay. The hotel itself was also terrible. Our TV didn’t work, the shower door was misaligned, we didn’t have towels at check-in, Wi-Fi wasn’t free unless booked through Marriott, and one elevator was broken — the other slow and loud, taking 10 minutes to get from the 4th floor to the lobby. Rooms don’t include a safe, microwave, or real fridge, despite the high prices. To top it off, I was charged $70 + tax for parking even though I never parked overnight — just a few hours, during which their machines malfunctioned and non-guests parked free. The garage was unsafe and poorly managed. I left angry, frustrated, and worried about more surprise charges. This hotel is completely disorganized, poorly managed, and not remotely worth the money. Avoid it at all costs.

Very convenient location, room is big and clean, but the a/c is a bit noisy. There is a limited selection for the free breakfast unless you pay out of pocket. Parking is quite expensive, around $35 per day.

The staff on the second floor m club went beyond to accommodate our handicapped daughter. She made our trip so much more delightful

Construction in underground parking has noise from jackhammers reverberating throughout the hotel on a daily basis. Our room was located on the 4th floor and it sounded like the drilling was coming from all around us.
