Boken window frames, broken locks didnt stay the night. Refund not allowed but we didnt know how bad it was till we arrived

Staff was the only saving grace. Place was dirty and smelled like mold and cigarettes. Sheets had holes burned in them. The $10 for an extra hour of sleep was nice. Overall you get what you pay for.

Rooms were dirty, towels in the bathroom were dirty, lights weren't working, had bugs in the room, there was a chewing gum stuck on the nightstand, bed sheets were dirty had hair on it probably from the previous guests.

Dirty dirty and smelly
The entire surrounding the building the room are all dirty the room smells bad I woke wit allergies itchy eye this was a 2 night stay but only spent 1 really didn’t want to stay at att but next of valentine night everywhere was booked

Checked in to room 30 and then checked out immediately. The room was smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The bathroom had an opening around the tub where water was getting in the wall, which was the reason for the smell. The tried to fix it with caulking but the gap was still big. The sheets and pillow case had hair on it from. The room hadn't been wiped down in ages. The plug cover was disgusting. I have never seen one so bad. When we checked out the desk guy said we were the second complaint in a half hour. We booked a different hotel and suggest you go the same. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This hotel should be embarrassed.

Staff were friendly but the room i stayed in was dirty. Just opening the door first time said it all. Door is broken. Lamps desk looked like they never got wiped down. bed looked clean from a visual standpoint but woke up the next day with red itchy bite marks on my back, arm and my face. Towels have a faded discolour and looks unclean. overall the money I paid for one night was not worth it, an extra $20 will get u a better room somewhere else

Everything is above average, for what I need while in the area.
Nothing fancy, but I will continue to stay here when in the Burlington area. Been here multiple times and I recommend it if you are just looking for a simple place to stay.
