Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au capitole , merci à toute l’équipe , un merci spécial à Rachel notre serveuse de Lundi soir et au équipes de la réception ainsi qu’à l’équipe de Valets de notre arrivée et départ , Nous y reviendrons sûrement très bientôt. Danielle et Renald

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Capitole! The property itself is modern and beautiful, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, with outstanding views of Old Quebec, although we would have appreciated a bit more storage for clothing (just two small drawers and a small closet). The location cannot be beat if you want to walk around the city. Special shout out to the bar staff, who took the time to explain each drink that they made for us. I wish I could remember our bartender's name, but she was excellent, even though she was relatively new to the world of bartending!

Nice hotel and perfect location. The VIP coupons for a drink are useless, we spend $2000 for 3 nights and we were not able to use the coupons for a Martini, we just smile and give them back. We used the restaurants one morning for breakfast and my brother-in-laws (also stayed at this hotel) ordered a breakfast and specified no cheese in his omelette. He received his omelette with cheese. He slowly removed the cheese from his omelette and hate it. The staff walk by and said, ho sorry, I did order it without cheese. So refund, didn’t offered to order another one. It’s a 5 stars hotel with a 3.5 stars services. Very disappointing for the price paid.

Au restaurant El théâtro de l hôtel, le personnel est gentil mais inexpérimenté et la nourriture est bonne sans plus. Les voituriers sont très gentils et polis. L hôtel est bien mais est plutôt un 4 étoiles et non un 5 .

This was our second stay at Le Capitole Hôtel and it was just as amazing as the first time. The hotel and the room were both clean and modern. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and close to everything. No complaints whatsoever.

This was our second stay at the hotel and I would recommend the hotel to everyone. Location, staff, room cleanliness was impeccable and the access to old quebec was un parellel. I would go back there again next time I am in Quebec City
