The chalet was big enough to cover 10-12ppl. It was nice and cozy with the fireplace. The place is clean and there’s a lot of cutlery to use. We wanna go tubing but it is closed on that day so we end up swimming in the pool. The water in the pool is warm and nice. We did enjoy staying and we will go back again hopefully next year:)

Service client médiocre. Duatlon sur le site ce matin donc environ une centaine de personnes qui envahissent le site sans jamais avoir été mis au courant par l’hôtel malgré mes quelques appels. Impossible d’aller se baigner à la plage ou pratiquer sport nautique comme le kayak. Après discussion avec la réception pour leur faire part de notre mécontentement, on se fait dire d’aller à la piscine!!! Jamais d’excuses de leur part. Vraiment décevant d’être traité ainsi surtout pour le prix payé. Manque de respect de la personne au service à la clientèle.

Lit méga inconfortable au condo B-203 au point où nous avons préféré repartir à la maison au lieu de coucher là une autre nuit. Télévision brouillée, wifi qui rentre mal, ... Par contre, la propreté est impeccable et l'emplacement idéal. La réception fermait à 18h et aucun service après !!

Beautiful pristine property on a lake. Great trails to walk. Kayaking was lots of fun and even saw a loon. Restaurant was very good for supper. Unfortunately no breakfast available.
Second room in the condo was disappointing. Claimed 2 queen beds but only the master room had a queen. Kitchen was well equipped.
