Very convenient location in the old Quebec area. Close to all the places we planned to go. Nice and clean room, very comfortable beds. Just one little issue that the room has washer and dryer but didn’t provide the laundry detergent. Called the phone number and was told they would check with housekeeping. We didn’t get any laundry detergent even when we checked out. We tried to buy outside by ourselves but couldn’t find any. Not a big deal but found out there were no body wash, conditioner or body lotion provided, either.

No fué el apartamento convenido. Nos dieron otro con muy linda vista pero parecía mas chico. El unico problema con la ubicacion es que no hay supermercados cerca para poder cocinar en el apartamento

The accommodation looked clean and nice, but the hallway to the room was messy and the elevator felt dangerous. I had a slight smell from the pillow, and it was a little uncomfortable with no locks on the front door and only the door lock

Would be helpful if I can opt to check in my luggage after checking in online

Overall a great place to stay. A central and safe location to check out the city. Room was spacious. Loud at times given the loft style. We also found the rooms extremely warm as there was no AC option and the previous guests had obviously had the heat cranked. Windows unable to open.

Ecerythinh was good but all communication was in English.

The only thing that was missing was dish soap, dishwasher tabs and paper towels in the kitchen like our LL rental in Montreal had

Très bien situé, logement propre et de bon goût. Malgré qu’il n’y ai pas de personnel sur place la communication via téléphone se fait très facilement.

Great location, and interesting building with a lot of history including the surrounding area.

Très bel hébergement! Le seul point négatif si s'en est réellement un, c'est que nous n'avons pas pu connecter notre téléphone au téléviseur pour caster des films pour les enfants.

Nice accommodations in the heart of old Quebec City. Enjoyed the view of Chateau Frontenac from the small bedroom window.

We were quite comfortable and pleased with our accommodations (302). The Loft was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. It is in an extremely walkable area and we never felt unsafe walking home at night. The building was quiet and we never heard our neighbors or any street noise. (There wasn’t a lot of traffic.) We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends.
