バスも便利で、夜景もよく見えて、静かで、ゆっくり宿泊できました。

調理器具がなかった。

部屋が12階以上にあるため、眺めが良い。 地上にはスーパーマーケットもあるので、快適に過ごせる。 車があるならアクセスに問題はないが、車がなくともFinch駅からTTCでYonge沿線に北上するだけで行けるので、迷うこともないだろう。

Far from the centre of the city, and there are not so many things (market, restaourant). However, the hotel is clean and good to stay.

The nearest railway station Fintch is about 2 kms away from the hotel.

部屋は広くきれいだと思いました。キッチンにいろいろ設備があるわりには、キッチン用品・食器などはなく実際には利用できないものでした。それが残念でした。

Uberが使え無いと、夜お腹が空いても食べれるレストランがありません。日本と違ってコンビニは24時間やってないのでその時はタクシーで20分ほど南に走らせる事になります。カップラーメンをスーパーで買っていけばいいやと思っていてもスーパーには割り箸をくれるサービスが無いので、何処かで使い捨てのフォークをとっておく必要があります。

Parking is hard to find entrance and interior and difficulty compounded by reception on 12th floor and uncooperative and unknowledgeable staff. Registration is frustrating. Although eggs were good, service by staff is not existant and impolite. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone unless you are visiting family close by and have a car. Not convenient for walking or anything touristy. Stay downtown Toronto

Very clean and nice place

Staff are friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located close to grocery store for quick snack or water. There is underground parking, good breakfast and some restaurants nearby. Parking is a bit hard to find and otherwise is good.

I think there should have been plates, bowls, cups, a kettle and utensils in kitchen. What is the point to advertise there is a kitchen if you cannot really use it ? It feels like the hotel cheaped out. Other than that it is a great hotel. Staff were great and breakfast was good. Could have a better lobby.

We enjoyed our 7-nights stay. The king suite was big and clean. Excellent view from our 19th floor unit. Kitchen was empty. There was a coffee maker, coffee pods, teabags & 2 bottles of water provided. No washer/dryer in king suite. 4 flat pillows were provided. No fluffy big pillows. Breakfast with hot food including egg, sausages, potatoes, oatmeal; muffins, bread, pancakes and waffles: fresh cut fruits, jello and yogurt; juice, tea and coffee. The breakfast area was extra busy on Sunday morning and it's hard to find a seat. Other days were fine. Breakfast 7 to 10am. There was a big open area outdoor on the big balcony where extra table and seats were provided. View was excellent. Staff was friendly but would benefit from some more training. One morning, a housekeeping staff got in our elevator with a smile and she stopped the elevator at every floor to grab the dirty bedsheets. It caused a lot of inconvenience to guests. The router device for WIFI was installed at the top of a wall near the entrance of the suite. The lights from the device was annoying when it came to sleep time. They kept flashing so much that at the last 2 nights of our stay (of 7 nights), we had to cover it with some newspaper. The lobby was on 12th floor. The parking was on P2. There were offices on the lower floors. Easy access to supermarket and food courts in the complex. Also, other shops and restaurants were nearby. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

Great continental breakfast, safe and quite building, friendly and professional staff.

Breakfast was decent but limited. My faucet was loose but everything else was great.

Only stayed for one night, didn’t get to see if they had a gym or not. What you get for the price can’t really be beat, I had a whole studio to myself with a full kitchen and balcony.

Elevators are a little wonky, but outside that nice place to stay.

Breakfast very simple , poor.
