最上階の部屋からの眺めは最高でした。 部屋が汚いという評価がありましたが、そんな事はなく、清潔さが保たれている部屋でした。 とても快適に過ごせたので、是非また利用したいと思います。 おススメです！

Very nice home ! we enjoyed our stay

This is NOT a hotel. It is some sort of business condo sharing situation. The check in / check out procedure is confusing. While the building is new, the room is worn, the cabinets contained open boxes of someone's food and the cleanliness was not what I would expect for the price.

Close to downtown and with a stellar view of the city but the apartment needs a big overhaul - bathtub drips loudly, walls are very dinged, couch springs are broken and the couch is too uncomfortable to sit on and needs replacing, very limited dishes in the kitchen and no dish cloth to wash dishes/wipe counters. It would be hard to cook a meal there. The key fob we were given did not work and we were never given a working one as promised, which was fine until the code expired and had there not been others entering one night we would not have gotten back in easily. But, nice view and just needs some re-investing and updating to bring it back.

The property needs some maintenance, some new furniture in one of the bedrooms and living room as well as new blinds in the bedrooms. They need to supply more than just one towel per guest and sufficient dishes/pans to be able to actually cook in their very nice kitchen.

Location was good, easy to walk to areas. View was outstanding of the city skyline. The apartment desperately needed a deep cleaning (I rent out my own property and am used to much higher standards for cleanliness). The bed was also very uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. Overall, I will not be returning to this property

Comfortable condo in good location, 2 bedrooms as described. Simple check in/check out process. Vibrant area, the Drake Hotel is nearby and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance

We stayed for 2 nights. Condo was clean with all the amenities. Life suites staff was helpful, personal and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The view from the apartment was amazing however the apartment itself was very run down and dirty. Upon arriving the first thing that stood out was that this was clearly not the unit pictures in the booking. The floorboards of the cheap flooring were pulling up and pealing throughout the apartment. There was a layer of dust and grime covering the kitchen. The beds did not have bed spreads and the guest bed was broken and leaned to one side. The instructions were wrong that were left in the unit almost as if it were placed in the wrong building. The furniture was very cheap and stained. Overall, we had a very fun weekend in Toronto despite these accommodations.

This is an illegal, off the books room, you have to meet a shady condo owner outside to get the keys. Completely trashy and illegal.

We spent 3 nights me and my coworker for a business trip in Toronto. This 2 room + two wahsroom + kitchenette suite was perfect for us

Unfortunately, the unit where we stayed foe the week was very dirty (floor, sheets, closets). The wooden floor was missing panels, which made it very uncomfortable to walk around. I informed Cathy from Life Suites via email about the unit being dirty and adding Disney channel for the kids. She replied that they would need me to be at the unit to let the cleaning lady in, so we stayed 1 whole day in the apartment and no one came. We basically missed 1 day of our vacation just waiting for a cleaning lady that never came. Thankfully, I was able to wash the sheets and towels and clean up the kitchen a bit, and found a vacuum in the closet, which I used to clean up the floor a bit for the kids. But overall very disappointed with the lack of service and cleanliness. The rooms were great, as far as accessibility. Living room and eat-in mini dining area was practical and perfect for our stay for the week. All appliances worked wonderfully (fridge, coffee maker, toaster, stove, microwave, water boiler for tea). Our only issue was the TV would not function with the remote and that a lot of channels we were interested in were blocked (Disney Junior, Disney Channel). They did accommodate our request for a rollaway bed, which was excellent, as we needed it for our toddler. Overall, great area to stay at. Parking is underground in the building and was quite costly, as you have to pay daily and overnight. But we enjoyed the view and our stay. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

Our stay at the life suites was beautiful. We got to stay at the very top floor, and let me tell you the view was breathtaking. The unit that we had stayed at was clean and welcoming. High speed wifi and comfy couches to relax on. I would definitely go again.

Kind of out of the way for where we needed to go. Very basic everything...used shampoo for hand soap etc But having said that our contacts were great and very friendly.

I received a text as to how to get into the condo which said to not talk to anyone. The place was not dirty but not clean either. I ended up buying cleaning wipes because I didn't want to touch handles (you could see the finger marks) and the vents in the bathroom were covered in dust so I knew the place was not cleaned well. There was no sponge for me to clean my dishes with either. The internet did not work and I text to try to figure this out. The answer did not help so I ended up going to a local restaurant. I could not get into the gym and the person the other end of the text number could not help me. I ended up leaving the place early pretty fed up but also a bit concerned for my safety when I received a text that was obviously not meant to be sent to me. The location refunded me after MANY phone calls. I would never stay there again nor rec to anyone.

Nice small condo with basic amenities - very accommodating host. Perfect for our overnight adventure. Might need a few more necessities if staying longer. Great view! Clean and quiet in a lively neighbourhood. Thanks
