Very nice room which is spaciosu enough and equipped with everything you need for a long stay, including oven, refrigerator, dinnerware and even dishwasher. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Room was dated and okay, but was supposed to be equipped with kitchenware, pillows were horrible, breakfast was cheap.

The room was good. Checking in took a long time. The staff was dealing with a violent incident between two others who were staying at the hotel due to being evacuated from their home community. Wish we had known in advance the hotel was housing evacuees. There were people everywhere lounging around and walking the halls at all hours. My husband could not go out for a smoke or to warm our vehicle without being asked for change or smokes. Not what we wanted to deal with when arriving later in the evening after travelling home all day from our holiday. We just wanted to check in but had to wait 20 minutes and get some quiet rest before we continued travelling home.

It was clean and staff were nice and responsive but we missed out in the breakfast since our flight was early in the morning.

The rooms were nice, and I liked the little kitchen

The continental breakfast was bad. Toaster didn’t work. Bagels were stale.

The bathtub plug was broken. There was hardly any hot water and whomever was in the room above me were running around banging on the floor every night non stop until 11pm

Great staff. Bed was great. Disappointed with breakfast options. Also, room requires some upkeep as there has been damage that hasn’t been adequately repaired and age is beginning to show.

Room was ok but there was a chemical smell i am thinking its the stuff they use to clean the carpet

Absolutely gross! Room was only scheduled to be cleaned once the entire week. I was there (for work so couldn’t move) for 7 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once. Even the day it should have been- there was nothing done. Even the front desk is behind glass. Feels unsafe. People (fire victims from up north) use it like an apartment building. Up all night screaming down the halls. Room STUNK! Stay away!

Awesome rooms!

Did not feel safe. Did not know it was a hotel for extended stay for displaced natives. Police on my floor. Attendant behind glass safety wall upon check in. Breakfast was poor with little to choose, no butter for toast, muffins were dry and only had 3 to choose from. Overall bad experience. Never again.
