Everything was perfect - but the bathroom situation in room 117 is hilarious. You can see into the bathroom through a window wall, even with the “privacy” screen pulled down. It’s a terrible design, but thankfully my husband and I are very comfortable around each other and it got us laughing, but I imagine it could be very awkward for some 😆

The room was cold, and the heat did not work easily, no fan in the bathroom, the clear glass window into the bathroom was weird- the curtain could be pulled for privacy, but why have it glass? We kept trying to access the bathroom from the glass window- dumb idea, and the dry cleaning bag charge we thought was excesive. We really didnt like the style choice of the hotel, not very homey or warm and inviting...

Parking is terrible. They have a tiny lot that the hotel owns that they make you may extra. Nearby parking is often full and expensive. Hotel has minimal amenities and the staff we had during our stay was not helpful. Their English was poor and communication was difficult because of this. Rooms are fine but the heaters sound like a jet engine next to your head and go on and off every 5 minutes. Won’t stay again.

The staff was very good and helpful, but we faced a lot of difficulty with parking. The parking slots ( a bit far from the hotel) available at that time only allowed payment until 6:00 AM. I had to wake up at 6:00 AM just to try to extend the parking, but there was no option to do so, which forced me to go outside early in the morning to move my car somewhere else. This was very inconvenient and affected our stay. Other than the parking issue, everything else was fine.

Room and staff were great. Only complaint would be you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Sound proofing the rooms a bit better would make sense since the hotel is very nice, new, and fancy.
